While visiting Edwards on business, I passed by this little restaurant and had to make a U-turn to check out the “Soul Food”…and I’m glad I did. The food and the Hospitality were amazing…I will be back!

As a trucker I've been all over the U.S. and I normally try to find a local restaurant to eat from if I'm not cooking. This place is by far the best I've been to. I read the reviews before I went and they were right on point. It didnt disappoint at all. The food was AMAZING...The hospitality annnd the people made me feel like I was at my aunts house surrounded by good folks, just enjoying outdoors. If your anywhere close to Love's travel stop 776 as a truck driver. I would definitely recommend you going here! I WILL BE BACK LOL!!! Thanks for everything....
Stopped in on my way to Jackson. Some of the best BBQ I've ever had and even better service. Had the pulled pork, macaroni, and Yams. It will be a must stop on my trips through MS now.

That is what I felt when I ate Renita's home cooking. A hug from Mama. The dirty rice with a special touch of shrimp and peach cobbler are second to none. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered a large pan of dirty rice for our family Christmas dinner. Everyone raved over it as much as I did. Renita and Lee, thank you again for bringing back precious memories of amazing food and family around the dinner table. Especially the feeling of a hug of love from Mama. Laurin
