We decided to try it for the first time tonight. We aired for nearly 30 minutes to receive our order. We were the only customers inside the restaurant. When we got home to eat, I realized why were the only customers. The wings were tiny and cold. The fries were warm but literally coated in an extremely salty orange substance. Honestly a waste of valuable real estate in our wonderful town. Save yourself the trouble… RUN!

Adelia was great she welcomed us and was patient and helpful while we decided what to order. She actually greeted everyone that came in. There were a number of people up front and she was the shining star. We had the chicken wings they were really good. We really like the sweet & spicy wings.

We were there today. While dining in, we heard one of the staff shout a vulgar profanity from the counter area with several employees gathered in conversation. It surprised us and we looked toward them to see if they realized a couple was in the dining area. A few minutes later the female employee shouted the obscenity again recklessly with no concern that we were eating nearby with laughter from surrounding employees. My wife went straight there and told them how offensive the language was that was being used with no consideration for customers. We will never set foot in there again.

Dined in. The young lady who took our order did not greet us and lacks customer service skills. Waited forever for food. We were the only ones in the dining room. People started coming in and almost immediately getting their food not long after ordering. We waited over 15 min. I checked on the status of our order and it had been “forgotten” even with a tray and a receipt sitting on the counter to remind them. 🤦🏻♀️ Didn’t get an apology, either. Burger was thrown together very sloppily. My son did enjoy his shake and the fries were awesome. Another note, It wouldn’t hurt for them to windex their windows. They are disgusting. I love the food at Jack’s (at other locations), but the Ellisville location leaves a lot to be desired.
