Young woman at the front counter is very kind. I cannot for the life of me remember her name, but she always recognizes me when I come in and offers to bring my food to my table as I am disabled and use a crutch. I wish I could give 5 Stars, but unfortunately I usually wait around 40 minutes to get my food. I understand longer wait times during the lunch rush, but a 40 minute wait really is not worth it as my lunch break is only an hour. Front of house employees are always running...
Adelia was great she welcomed us and was patient and helpful while we decided what to order. She actually greeted everyone that came in. There were a number of people up front and she was the shining star. We had the chicken wings they were really good. We really like the sweet & spicy wings.
The manager at jacks was just as sweet and kind very professional as well as welcoming food was outstanding for a fast food restaurant
