Store was very clean, looked like a new KFC, but counter cashier was patient but dry. Food prep and service (if i didn't think they were new) was probably equivalent to a first couple days of employment.We tried the mac and cheese wraps, i wasn't sold on them. They tasted fine, but the shell's in my opinion didn't work with ingredients. Would be better in a bowl. We waited about 20 min. for food and when we took the food back to table one wrap wasnt right, we ordered the meal and didn't get any fries, when we did get the fries, we recieved one of the fries and not the second.There was 5 vehicles waiting for their food and the girl taking the food out didn't have a clue where the food belonged.I apologize _IF this was thier first week open.But it wasn't a good night for KFC.

Most poorly run store I have ever been in. Tonight was the worst. Waited to come in when the order was ready and was told they just got it. However, 30 minutes later when they finally got the chicken ready ALL of our sides and sandwiches were taken out of the microwave. Told by the mgr that the sides come ready made, even after I watched them dip them up for a lrg order in the drive thru. They also missed some of the order. Food was barely edible. Chicken may have just come out of the fryer but all of the "extra crispy" had fallen off.
This place has great food and they make sure it's served hot and fresh. Great place to eat in Ellisville.

Food was wonderful and packed so neat … Services was terrible! Had to guess my price . And didn’t have napkins but it’s okay thankfully I had a shirt on today to wipe my mouth . But she didn’t seem like she even wanted to be at work ..Or it’s like it was a burden on her we choose to eat there today .. I work in the food business and none of my customers will never know I’m having a bad day !

So....we were in Ellisville early, around 10ish and KFC was OPEN! ? ? I was so surprised, I had heard this location was really good & it's all true!???Who else has delish hot chicken ?ready at TEN IN THE MORNING??!! Let me tell you, it was truly a hit! The place was spotless, by the way and lots of parking too...Give it a try and you'll see what I mean, melt in your mouth good eating! Highly recommend! ???

Husband ordered a pot pie and the chicken was also uncooked. The mashed potatoes were watery but the gavery was ok since it can out of a can. They just need to close down so something good could rent that space.

Retrain your people in Management and in your complaint Dept. Both are extremely RUDE! Horrible Food! Old Hard Fries. Nasty Chicken Breast and 2 little wings oh and a biscuit! $13.89 And was given a Coke didn't ask what I wanted I don't drink soda. Rude as Hell at the window!

For the price it's not worth it. Got a family meal that should "feed six people". I still had to come home and make an extra side dish so everyone would have enough. The chicken is good. But the sides are so small to be a family meal. And I was supposed to get six free cookies with my meal and did not receive them. $45 for that amount of food is ridiculous.
