i tried to order at the counter 15 minutes before close and the cashier kept on rushing me and giving me a look like he wanted me to leave, so i left.

Placed a order for a ham and pineapple stuffed crust and I got what I asked for except for the fact it was paper thin and was like wet paper towel I do not recommend

I stop going there because it didn't taste good and the workers was not good. But today I tried it again and it was so good and the workers was great. I didn't know if it new manager but if you gave up on them year ago like I did try them again. It is like it was when they was in the beginning when they was at Walmart in Laurel ms!!!

Love their hot and ready
I had a bad experience with this same Little Caesars a few weeks back so when I place my order this time my daughter said exactly what we wanted and I will say that was the best pizza I have had since I've moved to Mississippi so kudos to the staff whoever took my order and they were very friendly and they were very accommodating. I have bought the large fanceroni pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni and extra sauce it was amazing

I was recently in town visiting family for the 4th of July. For our last night together before leaving town, my family recommended this location to pick up a couple of quick pizzas. I didn’t know Little Caesars had drive through locations, but my experience with it for the first time exceeded my expectations. The gentleman working at the drive through, I think he said his name was Austin or something but he had short brown hair and was wearing glasses, had the most amazing customer service I’ve ever experienced. He was very friendly and had my order placed and ready to go in no time at all. Not only was his customer service impeccable, but the pizzas I received had to have been the best pizzas I’ve ever had from Little Caesars. I don’t write reviews very often if at all, but I wanted to make sure this employee got the recognition he deserves for making my experience as amazing as it was. I can’t wait to come back the next time I’m in town!

I have never once got my correct order from this restaurant. Been given raw pizza completely uncooked and it's never hot and ready not once.

The guy that came to the window was super friendly and joyful, he gave me everything I ask for and a super fresh and hot pizza and even gave me a few bags of little Caesars cookies...I didn't even know they had cookies 🙂, it was a all around excellent experience.

Haven’t had Little Caesars in a very long time. Impromptu stop while shopping in the area. And they did not miss!
The food was made fresh, so there was a small wait, which I did not mind. The young lady working there was pleasant and attentive, kind and polite.
The establishment was clean, and had ample lighting since it was getting dark around the time I arrived (day light savings time).
All in all, I was satisfied, and it was well worth the stop.

The food is always delicious and the customer service is normally always friendly. The only reason I rate a 4 instead of a 5 is that Little Ceasers advertisement is Hot and Ready but at this location you have to always wait they never have any ready to go

I see some negative reviews on businesses and being a business owner. I know the ones to overlook. And I believe people are more apt to leave a review when they are trying to complain about something playing their best Karen, but it's odd that more people don't give reviews when they're pleased because I'm guilty of the same thing I will walk out of a restaurant, please 100%. And not think to compliment them. But if they get something wrong, we are all too quick to jump and pounce on them about what's not perfect and guaranteed. If we ate and some of those people's homes we'd have much more to complain about. I find this location has always been pleasant to visit. And the food is always great and the only time I ever had. A question was influctuations of consistency with those new puffs. Mind you, not a complaint. And when I receive a 30 minute phone call from the owner. Herself, explaining to me how everything's done so fresh. So that's why you see some fluctuations. Then I admire that it's not something. I can complain about it's something that I know someone did by hand and that work went into preparing. What I'm eating, so I'll take the inconsistencies and know that. They are actually trying harder than anyone else.I know in ellisville. I give five stars in every single facet.

Reading some of the negative reviews. I have to admit. I do not understand them because knowing how this particulurb. Chain or brand prepares their pizzas. I don't even understand how old these complaints could be real and yet. I will still only speak for myself. And I can say that ever since this location opened in Ellisville, Mississippi, I've been a regular and that's been through 3 sets of owners. If I'm counting right? And I can appreciate the current owners because they placed a personal phone call to me to explain to me why I may have seen a little bit of a difference in the new puffs from order to order. And it actually made me more confident in ordering them because the differences in consistency weren't bad to begin with. I just asked why you may see that and to find out that they make everything including their dough, fresh daily. So there might be realistic human inconsistency from one preparer to the next. I know that that is found in some of your finest restaurants across the country. So I can't possibly complain about that knowledge. I felt bad about complaining, and it was my only real complaint. Other than receiving the wrong order on accident. One time and I couldn't be more pleased. Because if you go to any restaurant, I don't care whether it's fast food. I don't care whether it's fine dining. And you expect perfection or even every time you go for it to meet your high expectations based on past meals or past experiences? Then you are not being realistic and I admit when I'm wrong and today was a bit of a wake up call. And a phone call from the owner pretty much educated me on. Why? I was seeing what I was seeing in the puffs and I will take them either of the 2 ways I've received them. I don't care they're delicious. All the people in the store are friendly and the owner took the time to spend practically a 1/2 hour on the phone with me today to make sure I understood everything and she didn't have to do that so if I could give. So many stars.Out of five today I would deliver ten.
