Jack's Family Restaurant

I recommend their fried chicken. I asked for dark meat 2 piece dinner & everything was fresh & crispy.

Did have a great lunch today at Jack's in Camilla. Pleased with our service and food. (I think some new things have started happening) Glad to see the customer service has gotten so much better. Great job!

Jacks Dadeville, Alabama Today 5:45pm There was TRASH literally everywhere when we walked in! All over the floors in the lobby. Dirty panties and trash on the bathroom floor. When I went to counter to place my order the girls were rude as hell and straight up stood at that register and Ignored me, I had to just start speaking so she would even pay me attention. We waited 30 mins for 2 chicken strips French fries and a small chocolate milkshake. When they gave me my order I told them I was missing a chocolate shake and two girls walked over to the ice cream section and was clearly speaking very rude and talking about how I had an attitude! Thought I couldnt hear them! I don’t know who owns this establishment but it needs to be shut down or fire everyone working this evening and start fresh! It’s just unacceptable! To have such rude employees not only did they act that way towards me but i witnessed them acting that way only to the white people in the line. I don’t know how that place is still open! It’s disgusting inside and I tried my best talking my son out of getting stuff there but we have been on the road for 4 hours now and was hungry. We love Jacks but I will never go back to this one. Poor excuse for the facility and workers there!! If you can’t be professional then you have no business working with customers. If you can’t be properly groomed and clean then you have no business working handling food!

The Jack's in Atmore Alabama is great! I wish they would put one here, in Pensacola Florida

You can't order chicken for children to eat. The chicken is so spicy hot. Some of it is to hot for grown ups. It will leave your lips burning. It doesn't matter how many times you explain to them you don't want hot and spicy, they will serve it anyway. Complaining does not work. They will get an attitude. When you pick it up to go and drive 20 miles to have it at a family gathering and the children can't eat it. They tell you they don't serve hot and spicy chicken. This has been going on for a long time. They never give receipts. They always run out of paper.

Who ever the owner is better get this brand new store back in shape before someone calls the health department. Biscuits are hard and orders are always wrong

Customer service is horrible. Two workers standing at the register. There back was turned away from the register. They definitely saw me standing at the register. I stood there a couple minutes. I finally asked was anybody gone take my order. The cashier answered and said someone will be with u.. She turned back around and proceeded to count her draw down. Complaining abt getting off. Kayla P one of the mangers just stood there. Doing absolute nothing. Kayla P.. Always has and an attitude. With customers. The food is good there but the customer service ALWAYS sucks Edward is the BEST!!!

Jacks of Eupora is really nice. Sometimes slow. But my daughter loves their chicken strips and that they have ice cream. Their milkshakes are also good. The lobby and bathrooms are usually clean as well.

worst breakfast around don't see how they stay open

Jacks in Holly Pond Al is filthy, food was cold and no seasoning on anything. Dead flies all over the place , tables all dirty. Asked one of employees behind counter for ketchup, said it was over there on counter instead of giving me any. which they was none on counter. Wife went to restroom and no toilet paper in one stall, no soap, flies all over the floor. We were the only ones in there, no employees cleaning anything, I hate to think what kitchen looks like. Am done with Holly Pond Jacks and will do my best not to eat at any. Holly Pond Jacks has been a mess for years, undoubtedly corporate doesn't care. This restaurant needs closed, unsafe to eat at.

I don't understand why this Jakes has a higher average of 1 star. They cashier is not friendly what so ever. It really pissed us off with all the attitude. We are friendly people, and there was no reason for the attitude. We tried to purchase extra ranch, and we were told we could not purchase extra because they are low on ranch. They mix their own ranch. Why was it a problem to make some more. Most of the Alabama locations are really good and friendly. Not this one at all.
