This place sucks , went to order chicken 2 chicken dinners March 3 .Placed my order and specified 1 thigh and1 leg in each order .Got home and had one wing and one breast in one order. Next box had one wing and one leg . One box had a biscuit and the other box didn't even a biscuit . I am about sick of this place , if you can't do better I will go somewhere else . I think it sucks when you don't see after a business no better than this as long as the Jack's name has been around. And I tell you what fast foods are closing every day .Get off your buts and see after your businesses !!!!!!

The food is generally good, but occasionally, something is forgotten. The last time we went, the potatoes and gravy tasted rurnt! I hope in the future, it is better. Their biscuits are the best, at least.

The manager had on red nail polish an no hat.another employee had on very long fake nails, had a long wig blonde in fact no hat an fake eye lashes.the food was awefull.,1 person didn't get a roll an another didn't get gravy on her mash.i am service safe certified an a certified dietary manager in the past my bill was 48.00 with a party of five.i came from laurel Mississippi to attend a funeral in Eupora. I sure hope the Jack's that's opening in Ellisville ms.is better

The Jacks in Eupora definitely needs a lot of improvement!! No matter what food you order it's going to be soggy and cold! You're lucky if you even get all your food without having to go back a couple times! The workers act carless and do not worry about if their customers are taken care of ! Jacks in Starkville are awesome! We are there today and there food was fresh and hot,they took time to make sure everything was correct with the order!
