OK, this place is amazing because they went above and beyond and we’re super patient and extremely kind I had placed two orders and after I paid for my order my friend, her card wouldn’t work and this it was like right at 10 o’clock so they were closing and they like gave us the food anyway and they like waited until we could get the card working because we had to switch it from savings to checking which it took like 30 minutes to do but they were really patient and they were awesome And they were just amazing unlike bumpers in Ackerman. My sister-in-law was at Bumper in Ackerman and she had four kids in the backseat and she had ordered food for them, and the kids had already started eating and she hands the carhop her card and the lady tries to run it one time and she comes back and she says it’s not working. I’m not gonna run it again And my sister-in-law said you sometimes have to swipe it twice because it’s an old card. The car refused and was very rude and she wouldn’t even let her like walk to the ATM to get them to get the money. She took the food away from the kids that were already eaten the food And needless to say, my sister-in-law ended up throwing drinks on her, which is the least I would have done the very least I would’ve threw drinks on her. You know that is the craziest crap I’ve ever heard and that is so unprofessional and that’s rude and girl if you’re reading this, you are a terrible person. You are terrible person. You have no kindness in your soul at all… but sonic and you poor y’all rock keep doing what you’re doing Manager there y’all are awesome dude with the Wi-Fi thank you. I know y’all are. We’re all ready to go home and I appreciate you staying and let us get our shit together. Thank you.

Costumer Service Ordered two milkshakes and a drink was told their milkshake machine was down he started repeating the order incorrectly I said no cancel the entire order he then speaks to like I am a retarded or he is retarded saying ok. the milkshake machine. at McDonald’s works fine and a customer service is better

Fast and courteous

We went to sonic tonight and we game them 33 for all of our food but it was 4 five dallors and a 20 dallors and we did not get our change back and we was supposed to have 7$ as our changes.THIS SOME BS!!

After bumpers closed down, soon as McDonald's began to run. I've actually been there. And people was polite, and the food, and drinks was great. And after Everytime I had order, I would leave with a hot fudge sundae, even if I had a milk shake.
