Love the new design, but unfortunately terrible atmosphere. Manager was very rude, on her phone out in front of the customers, had an awful attitude towards us while we were ordering, she made a very sloppy sandwich when she did help out. She acted like she was better than god while in there not doing her job at all. She was standing around out front, and on her phone texting, as well as a few phone calls while we were eating there. Will not being going back. The owners have some many things to fix before I go back. Edit: will not be doing business at any of there locations anymore! You have your EMPLOYEES leaving 5 star reviews instead of fixing the problem that is the rude manager. Favoritism at it's finest there. So unprofessional having your employees leave reviews so you look better. Maybe don't run 4 businesses if you can't fix any of the reoccurring problems. Will not be taking this to Subway.com cause the owner doesn't want the negative reviews where everyone can see them. If someone wants to do something anonymously they have the right to do so, this is a free country after all. Have the day you deserve.

Always a great experience at the Subway in Eupora! The food is fresh, the store is clean, and the staff is super friendly. The owners are seriously amazing, some of the nicest people you’ll meet. You can tell they take pride in their business and really care about the customers. Definitely one of the best Subways I’ve been to!

Loud, rude employees and just an extremely messy sandwich. Sauce should not be dripping out of the wrapper before its even unwrapped. Hard to eat because it was falling apart and squishy. Also very bad form to have the employees leave reviews. Not very honest of you. Won't be back!

The new Subway in Eupora is clean, fast, and fresh. Nice modern setup with plenty of space. A solid addition to town, definitely worth stopping in.
