My husband and I have enjoyed eating at Pop’s in the past. Buy here recently we have had a few bad experiences. The pizza was burned, and it took a long time to get it. Second bad experience was having to wait 20 extra minutes on top of the 30 minutes for our two burger orders at lunch one da. While I was waiting I got a buffet and filled up the inside of my plate and had napkins sitting on top of it.
when she went to check me out she looked inside my bag because she thought I had more food on top of the plate wrapped in napkins. (it was only napkins) I left a second set of business cards there for my business and she told me she wasn’t sure if she’d be allowed to put them out, but that the owners would have to make that decision. Today I called and placed my food order and when I got there I noticed that they were no business cards of mine upfront on the register, but there were business cards for Pops and for Catfish Country. I asked why my cards weren’t up like they were back in the summer when I brought them and I was told that the owner only wants their two business cards upfront to promote their own businesses. I informed the girl behind the counter that if they could not support my small business that I would not support theirs and I would not eat at Pop’s anymore I also said I would make sure to leave a review for them. I also recommended that they get like a tack board or something to put up business cards like other small business do to help support other small businesses. I will no longer support Catfish Country either anymore. They turned away one of my clients who has medical problems and seizures and must have his service dog with him everywhere he goes because they serve buffet and they said the dog couldn’t be in there no matter how well-behaved she was. Last week my daughter wanted to eat Catfish Country for her birthday. There were teenagers and young people working and noone greeted us. I did not see one adult on the floor or at the register. These two businesses that will never have our support again.

This was Friday bout 3pm. Had Buffett. All good but the everything was FANTASTIC ! Their crust was a step above most an they put a lot of ingredence on them. I asked about BBQ pizza she said will make one an out it on Buffett. 15 mins latee there it was an it wa BEST BBQ pizza ive had anywhere !. Going Sunday to get a whole BBQ one to take home !! Oh yes they offer several homemade cookies to die for !

This is for the Kossuth location. Id give a ZERO in stars if i could.. Pizza not cooked enough, not good at all....hair in one piece of my pizza Dessert..hair in peach cobbler and in the cinna pizza..
This is the 3rd and LAST time i try this place. 1st 2 times pizza and wings were not good at all..
I will order a half frozen pre-made pizza from Aggie Mart.. NEVER AGAIN will i go here.

we decided to come for our daughter 10th birthday. we called in advance to make sure our group of 10 could be accommodated. we order our 6 pizza, 2 orders cheese stick and 4 subs. after we order a few small groups came in and placed their orders. we are still sitting here waiting on our food after each group that came in after us got their food, ate and left. still haven't gotten our food. it's been almost an hour since we ordered. I know we are a larger sized group but you would sure think that we could get our food. we spent a few hundred dollars on our food and it don't matter to these people!!! this is why they get your money first!!! that way when they give u terrible service they still got their money.

Went Pops to try it out. It was my first and last time going there. The prices are ridiculous for the food and the food isn't good. They lady that was fixing my sub for me was acting like she was scared to put anything on the sub but she tried her best to help me but the manager was watching her every move. I think Kristy was her name. Idk if they was told not to put much on there or how to prepare a sub but it was she was scared. Then I heard the manager tell her she put to much bacon on my sub. For the prices you have to pay at this place, you should get your money's worth but you don't and they shouldn't be scared to add more. Like I said the food isn't good, way way over priced and the kitchen was dirty with fold all over the floor and counters where they prepare the food. So yeah it was my first and last time going there. I wouldn't recommend nobody to go eat there and the manager that was working needs to make sure the people get there money's worth instead of telling Kristy she put to much food (bacon) on my sub and make sure the customer gets there money's worth. Now I can see why she was acting scared to add food. Never will go back there and wouldn't recommend nobody to go as well.

I was scrolling through Facebook and just happened to see their advertisement, so we decided to check them out, and I'm so glad we did. The food was great. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be going back and taking family and friends with us.

Thank you for the delicious Chicago style pizza. I ordered mine Hawiian style and it did me right <3 The crust was flakey and almost like a fine pastry, the sauce was savory and thick and the meats and cheese were high quality that you can taste !! Great job Chef !! I will do that again fo sho <3
