I had the hamburger for lunch, it was very good, it was so big I had to cut it in half, the fries were good and hot.
The waitress was very nice.

This is a cute store front diner with a down home country atmosphere. The place was almost packed and you seat yourself. Didn't take long for them to take your order. Ordered the ribs, okra and potato salad. The ribs were cold and a little tough but the seasoning was good. Wasn't the taste I expected from the potato salad, more of a mayonnaise ranch flavor added to scalloped potatoes. I couldn't finish the little bowl they brought out because, well, it just wasn't potato salad. The fried okra was great. A little on the lukewarm side but still good. Could hear someone in the kitchen saying 'take the fish out of the microwave " so someone got nuked fish rather than fresh. Ribs seemed as though they were twice cooked or microwaved and still cold when we got our plate. Sweet tea had a bit of a Lipton powder taste and could have used a lot more sugar. Place is clean, decorative, and cozy. The check being brought with your food seems a bit like they're rushing you to eat and go and having to pay for a doggie bag is a bit much but understandable in today's economy. Fairly priced meals and clean environment. I'll eat the okra here all day long. Cold or not.

The restaurant itself is nice and clean as well as the restroom. Decorated very nicely, homey. The young lady that waited on us was one of the sweetest people I've had the pleasure of meeting. I would definitely recommend this place.

Visited on May 19th, 2024 with my Aunt. We both got the Buffet & a Sweet/Unsweet tea it was around $30-$35 with card. On the Buffet was Fried Chicken, possibly Salisbury steak - unsure, chicken n dumplings, mashed taters, Mac n cheese, butter beans, spinach, roll or cornbread. I got the Fried Chicken - which is the best fried chicken I've ever eaten. Seasoned & cooked to perfection with an excellent crunch, the chicken n dumplings which were delicious - just needed more pepper, the mashed potatoes, butter beans and cornbread. I've been wanting chicken n dumplings for a while now and that plus everything else really hit the spot. I only got one plate and I was completely full. The desserts looked delicious & my Aunt informed me they are however we were both too full to get any. Service was perfect! The staff is so nice. They have a good amount of tables however it's a popular place so tables fill up fast and sometimes there can be a wait judging by the line as we paid for our meal. Can't wait to come back in the future!

We went to Annie M's today for lunch and had excellent service from Allie. She was polite, thorough and attentive. She and the other servers were bustling, taking care of a busy lunch crowd. Our food and service were excellent and we'll definitely be back (it was out 1st visit).
I am here in Flora relocating home after 20 plus years. My grandson of 14 months loved their Mac and cheese at our last visit. For me, it was comfort food I sorely missed. On our second visit, after a 6 hour drive and unloading the car, we chose to return as the food was so good. My husband ordered off the menu with a side of Mac and cheese for the grandson. He was tired. I fixed a teaspoon serving of 4 things with the only thing for myself being a piece of chicken. He took a bite or two and started crying. Some lady comes out and opens crackers up and hands him. First of all, if I had wanted him to have crackers. After a 6 hour trip, I could have done that. Then, feeling like an imposition as the "new people" I took my grandbaby to the car. My husband tried to finish alone. He asked if he could fix me a go plate, Since I basically didn't get anything to eat. Apparently this is frowned upon in flora mississippi. So $51 later I'm hungry. I stopped by the convenience store and get some crackers. Probably should eat those free ones they were passing out. The food is phenomenal. They sure are proud of it too. As for me I will never darken their door again. My Mama taught me how to make chicken before I left here. I will cook at home.

We were traveling from Ocean Springs to a funeral in Yazoo City. We stopped at Annie M’s for a quick bite. We both got the hamburger and it was delicious! Highly recommend!
