Poor customer service from management and staff on several occasions.I visited this location a year ago and the food was not fresh. The manager on duty told me she did not want to make the food over so I asked for a refund and she did not want to give me one. After demanding a refund I was given one, but I had to express over and over that I wanted a refund. The manager then proceeds to throw a drink at me and she also hit my vehicle. I called the police and they encouraged me to press charges the next business day. The cop told the manager she should have never assaulted me.The following day I reached out to the general manager. The manager begged me not to pressed charges as her employee “had a lot going on personally and took her frustrations out on me”…..I did not press charges.A year later and this happens……..I have called Brenda at the corporate location to discuss this matter. She will be looking into it.Unfortunately, because of my prior experiences, I do not recommend this location.

We are from out of state and this is the WORST service I have had! We didn't even get to try the food. We pulled up to order and got one order put in and they assumed that was it. Pushed the button to order again and we tell them we have more orders. Got through one more order and the lady cut us off AGAIN with the total. We then pushed the button again and she said is there something else like she was irritated! Nope, actually cancel my order! Do better with customer service!

This was the worst service I have ever gotten from Bumpers Drive-In. The chicken tenders were so small and fried so hard that you couldn't even eat them. Also, the fries were old and not fresh. Sham on Bumpers.

Just a little side of the road bumpers You have to drive around the back of the store to order just like a regular drive-through It's connected to a gas station We got the chili cheeseburgersAs soon as I took a bite it was good but I knew that I was gonna have the runsWhich turned out I did After getting our food we pulled around and had to go inside to get condiments andnapkins and the place was greasy definitely do not recommend
