They had "the biggest sale of the year" on cyber Monday on ALL GREEN COFFEE BEANS, but when I go to order a bunch of sample packs imagine that no 20% off as advertised, I called them to explain why I wasn't getting the discount, and was told sample packs are not included in the ALL green beans statement. It's almost as if the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing

Ordered 2 Filtron filters and rubber stoppers for my cold drip coffee maker. They had the filters and refunded for the stoppers that were out of stock. I got the filters and Frank had put one stopper in with it. Great fast service and thank you for the extra stopper.

Been ordering coffee beans through Coffee Bean Corral for about two - three years now. The ordering process is very easy/ simple. They process and ship the order crazy fast too, usually within a day. Nothing but positive things to say!

Not sure about this coffee. I've been roasting for 5+ years and something seems off. Low aroma and no varietal notes. I confirmed with friends who tried it. Contacted CBC to investigate possibility of return and refund for unopened bags of beans. Luckily they responded and accommodated. Great customer service. Not so great coffee.

Some of the green coffee they sell is old and baggy tasting. I sent them an email asking what year's crop it was and when they received it. No reply, but soon after they put that coffee on sale, so you can get a really good price on bad coffee. I posted a review about that coffee on their site and they aren't displaying it. They also don't display crop year or date received for any of their coffees. In my view this is unethical behavior.

My original order of green coffee beans were apparently infested with weevils and the company was very nice and issued a gift certificate and replaced the coffee. I don't roast coffee very often and I the coffee sealed in oxo containers. It has been many months as I was roasting, the coffee, and I opened up another bag and found the replacement coffee also was infested with weevils. I called the company and sent them videos to report the problem. Their answer was "well, sir. It's been about a year and we can't be sure that the weevils came from us." As I said, I kept the coffee sealed in oxo containers separate from all other foods stuff. I will not be purchasing from this company ever again as I have no confidence in the coffee beans from them.

I have purchased green coffee beans from this company several times now. I enjoy the website as it gives you good information about how the coffee is grown. I have been very satisfied with the service I’ve received.
I have left reviews on their site and they were not published. It seemed odd that the reviews were mostly 5 and 4 stars. When I left some reviews that were just average they never showed up on the website! Very deceptive

I was given a home roaster for Christmas and was looking for a reasonably priced supplier of green coffee beans that also has a huge variety. I am delighted to have found Coffee Bean Corral. They have every country and the beans arrived much faster than expected. We roasted the first two bags last night (Uganda and Columbia) and are excited to try them.

I have been buying green coffee beans from the Coffee Bean Corral, since I was working on a project for my MBA in 2020. We have been buying and roasting our own coffee beans ever since. They are always delivering quickly, and their customer service has been great. They even gave us a call to confirm that the coffee roaster we purchased from them will accomplish everything we were expecting from it prior to shipping and charging us.This time while ordering I decided to jokingly add a comment to throw in any freebies. Well they delivered! They threw in a Coffee Bean Corral lanyard, notebook and our favorite, a sack from one of the plantations that will make excellent wall art for our coffee bar!This seems like a great customer focused company, and I will keep purchasing my coffee beans from here for the foreseeable future.
