We ate here for the first time today and we were pretty impressed. Nice outdoor area for kids, including a ping pong table, jenga, cornhole, a football to toss around, pinball, and other little things to keep your kid occupied. The Kung Pao burnt ends appetizer was absolutely divine, and my husband said the brisket was some of the best he has ever had (even admitted better than his). I had the pork ribs, not exactly fall off the bone but easy enough to eat with a fork, the corn salad was delicious and I really enjoyed the different twist on the coleslaw. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back!

I go here often, almost weekly now. Place is always clean, friendly staff and altho i havent tried everything they have, what i have tried is fantastic. Smoked turkey is some of the best ever. And please dont ever change the recipe for that pineapple sausage. Please.

My sisters and I ordered the Smash burger/fries and it was SO good!!! I had never had pickled onions on my burger before but i loved it! Did not wait long at all. Friendly staff as well, and nice atmosphere. Will definitely go back!

Incredible BBQ. It was extremely busy but didn't take too long to get our food.
Brisket was great, pulled pork sandwich was great, all the apps we tried were great.
The only caveat is it is a Carolina style which is vinegar based and some people don't like that.

Their brisket is truly amazing and the closest thing you'll find to authentic Texas-style BBQ in the state, in my opinion. What sets Sacred Ground apart is that they sell their high-quality meats by the pound – this isn't your typical BBQ joint with pre-set sides. If you're just looking for a quick drive-through pulled pork sandwich, Full Moon BBQ might be your spot. But if you want BBQ prepared with passion by true craftsmen in a family-run business, then Sacred Ground BBQ is the place to be. I absolutely love the exceptional service and, most importantly, the outstanding food!
Brisket was awesome. Meat was flavorful, moist and fabulous. I ordered the brisket sandwich and that’s when it failed. The bread was toasted fine. Cheese was spread out evenly across bread but, the the meat was piled in a lump in the middle of bread and the chimichurri was not blended well. My first bite resulted in bread, cheese and a 3 inch piece of parsley. I think the failure came in the kitchen rushing instead of taking the time to make a good sandwich.
