Ok we enjoyed it. But pulled pork while tasty was more like ground pork. Pulled pork should be hand pulled and not resemble dog food on a plate. Sorry for the visual there folks. The “tri-tip” was clearly sliced brisket. So they either got the order wrong or… Also it was cut with the bias making it stringy. Despite the location, this place has some amazing food. My group says that the Carolina sauce makes you sweat, which shows how much time they put into it, and the brisket there is AMAZING, so much juicy flavor, and they have amazing mac and cheese. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend you check it out. You’ll leave satisfied.

Everything we had today was delicious. The brisket, the pork, ribs, etc. We had a little of just about everything (the brussel sprouts are a sleeper, get them). I really like how they offer a variety of sauces, Memphis style, Carolina style, and Alabama white were available.

I look forward to going back in the spring on a nice warm evening and hanging out in the outdoor area. This is the exact kind of place we need around here and hope things continue to do...
