In years past, this place was always on point. But this year, wasn't it. The first time we ate here this season, spent almost 200$ on crawfish, they most definitely weren't fresh and I got food poisoning. Decided to give it a 2nd try, spent almost 200$ again, the crawfish were mushy, like they've been sitting in water too long. We ordered ours extra spicy. They were literally season less. Bland. And they were still dirty. They clearly were not purged correctly. I don't know if they got a different cook or what, but eat at your own risk.

In Wednesday reserved crawfish for 4.50 live. They called back Thursday ( after getting prices im sure) and wanted a deposit saying oh well we will be closed Sunday is the reason!! Basically lied then. Talked again Friday morning and again no mention in price increase. Get there in Saturday 75 cents higher a pound. And the girl and the counter just smiled and shrugged her shoulders and said that's ok when one man said that isn't right , I won't be back. Well I won't be either. 2499 for snow crab lol get king crab fresh for 17 a lb at resavoir seafood

Great food! I got the shrimp and the wife got crawfish. Both were awesome.
My hubby loves crawfish so we decided to stop and give this place a chance to serve our tastebuds! They did not disappoint! The seasoning was oh so right to the Cajun bone! The steamed shrimp were spicy and easy to peel! Nice setup and friendly staff! Stop by and give Crawfish Shack a try!!

The largest and most flavorful crawfish I’ve had this season; even ate the claw meat they were so big.
The shrimp and mild crawfish were also delicious, as were the sides.

Really good flavor in their crawfish and love the atmosphere here. A little pricey compared to where I normally go for my crawfish fix, but was good. It's still early in the season, so I had a LOT of small ones. I would still recommend if in the Florence area!!

Great prices and I live on the Gulf Coast and their seafood is great is as good if not better than any restaurant on the coast.
Best shrimp I’ve ever had & the crawfish was great too! The staff was so friendly. It was our first trip and we can’t wait to come back again!
