Domino's Pizza

Florence, Mississippi location is the BEST ever. They have greatly improved 100% in the past year an half. Customer service with a Smile and friendly Hello. Food has not been lacking at all.
Keep doing what you are doing!! I always use drive thru window.

Ordered a med pizza with pepp, saus, onion, green pepper and jalpenos, what we Got was a pizza with chicken and mushrooms for $48.51 The offered to make it again, but by this time is was almost 8pm. Called 6 times and could not talk to anybody. This is ridiculous!!!! We have had 3 bad orders from this place and we thought, hey, they are under new mgmt lets give it another try.. NOPE NEVER AGAIN. WE could have gone to Kroger and got a supreme for $5.99. Three 3 strikes you are OUT!!! OH, they offered us a refund in 10 business days. but that does not help our dinner tonight.

Ordered pizza, garlic bites,and cinnamon twist. Pizza and cinnamon twist were way overcooked. Called twice to complain..was hung up on twice when i asked for manager.

Their pizzas and Philly cheesesteaks always slap hard! I love this location. Best food and best staff

Was unhappy with the square cut on my last pizza but maybe it was a wrong button I hit, I dunno. Otherwise, top notch food and service.

I purchased a couple pizzas a week or two ago. The issue I had is I always get thin crust pie cut. Well when I got home I found out it wasn’t pie cut. So I called and informed them of the issue to which they said they would give me a free pizza on my next visit. Here in lies the problem. When I ordered the free pizza( thin crust pie cut) I got home and the pizza wasn’t cooked all the way. It was doughy. I never have had issues with dominos until lately.

The place sure turned us out an amazing pizza in a timely manner.

We ordered a large cheese pizza with pepperoni on half and a 6 piece bbq wing and we are very disappointed. My pizza was barely cut with uneven slices, the pepperoni were all over the place, they didn’t put the garlic butter on the crust, and the overall quality just wasn’t good. We didn’t even order at a busy time of day and sadly this isn’t the first time we’ve had food like this from this location

I have to say that was the best pizza I've ever received from this store I ordered three pizzas they were all exactly what I ordered and I ordered them very happy customer
