The man y'all have running the show tonight needs a RAISE!! Your drive through was slammed he is clearly ALONE and running absolutely everything as quick as possible with a smile on his face!!! Y'all haven't had an employee this good in the ten years I have lived here!! We are absolutely impressed and this is not the first but second time this young man has been in there working hard like this!!

This was hands down the best Krystals I've had in a very long time!! They were changing from breakfast so there was a little wait. I'll gladly wait for food like that. The onions weren't cooked to mush and the bread was fresh.

Nasty burgers...flattened beyond belief! Horrible bread with flour dust on the bun. They've apparently changed the buns and it wasn't put on the grill.
Literally took 35 mins in the drive thru. Once you’re in the line, you can’t drive away due to barriers or I would have driven off.

Went through the drive thru for lunch 11/13/25 and it was a bad experience. The food I ordered is not what they gave me. I took the food back and while manager wasnt rude she didnt apologize. The lady doing the cooking took the bag of food and very hatefully threw it in the trash and rudely asked me what my order was supposed to be then slapped the Krystal's together and the tots we got were not fresh at all. We eat Krystal's all the time and just recently moved to Florence but highly doubt we'll go back to this location. They messed up the order to begin with and not only didn't apologize but let one of their employees be very rude unapologetic and borderline aggressive because she had to correct her own mistake. didn't even ensure the food was fresh when they remade it.

Came through on Veterans Day to try and get a free sausage biscuit and buy a sunriser because I saw Krystal’s ad on Facebook but was told they’re not doing it. The only reason I came there today
