I come here sometimes after my night shift, the guy working the night shifts is absolutely awesome. he’s been the only person on night shift for awhile and he’s a trooper about it. he always gets my food done in less than 10 mins and chats a little too. his customer service/work ethic is certainly to be admired 👍

Don’t go to the Krystal in Florence, MS because they turn you around at 9:50 PM if you’re not a 18-wheel driver and have you go through the drive-thru and don’t care if your vehicle doesn’t fit through the drive-thru.
Went through the drive through today for lunch when we got to speaker . We place our order and the lady on the other end got truly rude . We order three cheese crystals and one order of chilli cheese fries . She then proceeded to tell us to pretty much leave because they had an order of 12 crystals ahead of us and it was going to be a really long wait .. As we still placed our order she then Huff and puffed. You mean to tell me it takes a long time to make 12 crystals. And it's ok to run the other customers off . She point plank told us to leave . Why would you allow this type of person to run your drive through .

Ordered 12 krystals with Cheese, got no cheese, burgers were burnt this the absolute worst Krystals i have ever had. Want answer the phone either. I would upload pictures but site will not allow. I will never go back here again and it is litterally less than 1 mile from my house. Absoloutley worst experience i have ever had.
