The man y'all have running the show tonight needs a RAISE!! Your drive through was slammed he is clearly ALONE and running absolutely everything as quick as possible with a smile on his face!!! Y'all haven't had an employee this good in the ten years I have lived here!! We are absolutely impressed and this is not the first but second time this young man has been in there working hard like this!!
This was hands down the best Krystals I've had in a very long time!! They were changing from breakfast so there was a little wait. I'll gladly wait for food like that. The onions weren't cooked to mush and the bread was fresh.
I really love Krystal but there is one common theme I come across at each location: when I order double Krystal sandwiches, I always get double-cheese, which is more expensive. I was in a hurry, so didn't argue or hold up the line, but when I order a #3, unless I specify cheese, I want only double Krystal sandwiches. I was owed $1.80 refund, but didn't want to hold up the line, which was slow. Please counsel your employees to verify cheese, no cheese with their order...
