We were traveling through Florence on a super hot day when our truck broke down. The waiters and manager were so kind my sons and I were not pressured to order but given time and space for my husband to fix our truck. Thank you so much for your kindness when we were going through it! Great food fantastic staff! Thank you so much again!
What a hidden gem ? You definitely get your money's worth when it comes to portion size. The food is Fantastic along with the phenomenal service and great atmosphere. I had never dined in this restaurant even though it's less than 3 miles from where I live. I was invited by my sister and her husband a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised! You can't imagine how excited I was when they invited me once again last weekend. While we were there we ran into my brother...
Food is good, usually always hot and fresh. The servers are not friendly. They just stand there and look at you to order, they do not check on their tables enough. We only got one drink, no refills were offered. We also were not asked how how it was at checkout. The attitudes and customer service really need to improve.
