It’s in Mississippi, I came for the food, not the atmosphere. But it is clean , the brisket is excellent, and the staff is attentive. And you can watch Family Feud while eating, which is a first for me.

I've eaten here six times over the past three months, and each time the food has been outstanding and the service has been problematic. Once I was left standing at the front door waiting to be seated while employees dashed around me, some talking among themselves, and the manager or owner squatting at the cash register not three feet away. I stood there alone with no other customers around me for seven minutes before anyone asked me if I had a take-out order to pick up. When I informed her I intended to dine in, I was told to just take a seat anywhere and someone would be with me. I told her a sign to that effect would be helpful, to which I received no reply. The last time I dined here I went to the restroom before leaving, and when I arrived at the cash register to pay the young man called out to the manager, "Here he is!" I was told they all thought I had left without paying for my meal, a feat I'd scarcely be able to accomplish without passing right in front of the aforementioned young man. Nevertheless, they were literally looking for me and my customer check. I felt insulted and unappreciated, and once again left thinking the service lacks attentiveness and professionalism. A pity, too, because whoever is in the back doing the cooking deserves better representation. It is to the cook that I award stars. The management should be ashamed.

Small restaurant in strip mall setting. Service was quick and waitress friendly. Ordered hamburger steak with baked beans / Mac and cheese. Although food was good, the portions were small for the price of meal. Hamburger steak was size of small burger pattie. Beans portion was equal to one table spoon scoop. With drink bill came to just over 16dollars, tax included. Better options in area where you get more for your money

My dad and I came here after another restaurant we were looking at going to was take-out only. Dad has wanted to try this place for some time, and we weren't disappointed! The fries were AMAZING and the double decker cheeseburger was delicious!! Their rib eye steak had a great blend of spices and juices that made it delicious as well. Definitely recommend coming here. Will be back.Parking: Shared parking lot with others (strip mall). Enough spaces for everybody.Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu. When in doubt, their appetizers make a pretty good option, too.

Went here to eat with my family yesterday and I thought I noticed a dip in the buffet quality. Now I know why... Chef Martha is gone! When she was there, those were the only times the buffet was ever good. No Chef Martha, no business from me or mine!!
I have always enjoyed eating here. The food is delicious every time we go here. I can only complain about how half the time our to-go order is wrong. The workers sometimes forget our buns and or sides. Again, this only applies to the to-go orders.

The first time was great, with delicious food and excellent service. However, during the second visit, the server barely paid attention, got my order wrong, and ignored my initial instructions. Considering my experiences, it's unfortunate, but it might be related to my race. I found it better to call in for a to-go order instead of dining in or just don't go.

I ordered the ribeye steak and salad. The steak was great and so was the salad.Staff was friendly and so were the other customers. The family sitting next to me recommended the ribeye and I'm glad they did.I will be back to try the ribs and brisket.Vegetarian options: Great salad bar
