Not just this one but several Sonic's have stalls that are broken. The food is fair at best! Service is decent at this one. And the atmosphere is declining rapidly!

ordered 2 cherry slush w/ blue bubbles and when we got them there was barley any cherry flavor and no blue bubbles and when i said something about it the lady at the drive through window was very rude!!!! another lady ended up telling her to add some bubbles so she literally added like 6 bubbles on top and was still being very rude. will not be going back until they get some nicer employees and better service.

This Sonic is one of my favorites because the people here always do their best. They’ve had ups and downs due to staffing issues or technical problems, but the people work HARD with a smile on their face. People in Florence like to complain but this Sonic is one of the best around.

Ordered two strawberry shakes and a cookie dough blast. Pulled up to the window, after 15 minutes of waiting at the window, they tried giving me two chocolate shakes and something else I never heard of. We were the only people there at the time. This seems to happen more and more. Crappy place, go to Richland.

Waited a whole hour for food. I pressed the button and they said it would be right out waited another thirty minutes and I went to the door and they finally gave it to me. It was cold and hard

Was just at Sonic tonight and waited over 10 minutes and no one ever answered. I saw multiple people leaving as they didn't get answered either. I saw the young girl in the drive thru window with curly hair kept looking at us but did not want to do her job. If you don't work then don't come to work. Will not be back. Went to Richland Sonic much better service!

While patiently waiting 10 minutes for my order to be taken another customer pulls up and they immediately take theirs. When I pushed the red button again they told me sorry that I had to wait a few more minutes. This is not the same sonic it was just a couple years ago. Lots of laughing and playing going on inside the store. So I drove to sonic in Richland Ms and the whole atmosphere was different they were super fast, friendly and was out of there in less then 7 mins Come on sonic in Florence Richland just made you look like a joke

Great staff but ordering online literally never works. Errors every time I try to put an order in. Happens to family and friends as well. No telling how much money they have lost not fixing this issue. It's been going on for years now!
I always get a number 5....not the combo...just the burger #plain no lettuce, no tomatoes, no mayo. Delicious 😋

Now i will say everytime we go here the employees are absolutely amazing. they are so sweet. the only problem this time is i ordered a south west crunch wrap and bit into it and a part of it was still pink.
Ate here tonight and our server(??? i guess it's a server) alex was genuinely so nice!!! he brought our food quickly and asked me how my day was and he gave us our food and complimented my nails and then told us to have a nice day and he was very smiley and kind and had a positive energy. GIVE THIS MANZ A RAISE FR!!!
