Now i will say everytime we go here the employees are absolutely amazing. they are so sweet. the only problem this time is i ordered a south west crunch wrap and bit into it and a part of it was still pink.
Ate here tonight and our server(??? i guess it's a server) alex was genuinely so nice!!! he brought our food quickly and asked me how my day was and he gave us our food and complimented my nails and then told us to have a nice day and he was very smiley and kind and had a positive energy. GIVE THIS MANZ A RAISE FR!!!

Usually good but I didn't get the cheese dip for my pretzel and I ordered extra and I'm sad. Still friendly people and good food though, I just unfortunately cannot rate the cheese dip :-(
Placed my order and 30 minutes later no food. I asked a car hop about my order. She said it will be out shortly. After around 40 to 45 minutes I left. I will not be back to this location

While only 4 cars in the stalls we waited 15 mins at drive through with no response just to go to a stall and wait another 15 minutes for our drinks. We live in Florence, but would rather drive to Richland, Ms sonic. Faster service and better food

We stopped on our way through during our road trip. We were greeted with enthusiasm and cheerfulness on the speaker. They young lady taking the order was great at listening and getting the order in correctly. Even though we had some changes from the way they would normally be made, the entire order was correct and delicious. The young man, Alex, who was the carhop who delivered our food, was respectful and polite.
This is definitely one of the best sonics I've ever been to. Keep up the good work!
PS - bathrooms were clean!

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. NEVER AGAIN. The food is terrible, they skimp on the Chilli and cheese for tots. The worst management. Way over priced for how little of everything they give you. Go to Krystal!
