Specifically ordered a Dr Pepper, had to correct the drive through worker 6 times, so keep that in mind.. and guess what I got home with, A DIET COKE! Do better sonic.

🤬placed an order on app for Super Sonic DOUBLE cheeseburger no cheese, no ketchup, extra onions, add mustard…I also redeemed an offer for free fries & requested groovy sauce. I picked my order up & when I got home, I had SINGLE burger without tomatoes & there was no groovy sauce for the fries. Also, the burger patty was dry & tasteless like it had been cooked hours before & was simply warmed up. The quality of this restaurant had improved when Laken was the manager but apparently she is no longer there as it’s going downhill in a hurry!!

I would rather you tell me that you are out of onion rings and let me substitute tots than to receive these cold, mashed together, cardboard tasting onion rings. These went into the garbage tonight. Your kitchen staff needs a lesson on taking pride in the product that you are selling. Believe me, this will hurt your business! People have a choice on how they spend their money. I will not be spending anymore of mine at this Sonic.

I was just there and waited around 45 minutes for my food only to find out it was given to someone else so I had to reorder all over again waited another 45 minutes for our food and still got things wrong 😡😡 I am no longer going to that sonic

Love this Sonic location! They're not nearly as stingy with the drink mix-ins as the Richland location. Much faster and friendlier service as well. Worth the extra few minutes on the road for better food and service! Keep up the good work.
Not just this one but several Sonic's have stalls that are broken. The food is fair at best! Service is decent at this one. And the atmosphere is declining rapidly!

ordered 2 cherry slush w/ blue bubbles and when we got them there was barley any cherry flavor and no blue bubbles and when i said something about it the lady at the drive through window was very rude!!!! another lady ended up telling her to add some bubbles so she literally added like 6 bubbles on top and was still being very rude. will not be going back until they get some nicer employees and better service.

This Sonic is one of my favorites because the people here always do their best. They’ve had ups and downs due to staffing issues or technical problems, but the people work HARD with a smile on their face. People in Florence like to complain but this Sonic is one of the best around.
