Please be careful at this subway in Florence this man he said he was the manager but he decided to put himself a $10.00 tip on my card then when I said something about it he blamed me then he didn’t want to give me my money back he got mad at me I had to ask my kids to wait in the truck it was crazy !! Just please be careful there’s no telling how many people he’s done this to .

Bro why does the employee made another customer sandwich touching meat, and then continues to touch the veggies. Then continues to try to make my sandwich with the same gloves! I am a vegetarian!! Talk about cross contamination!!

December 26th I ordered a sandwich, the lady making the sandwich was rude, did not use the correct meat and the sandwich was gross. She even touched her earbud to turn it off while making sandwiches. She never changed gloves from one sand which to the next & had a nasty attitude.
It is a friendly atmosphere the workers are friendly and clean restaurant

These people they hire here are unprofessional will hang up on you if you ask for the manager’s contact and do not ever call in an order to DoorDash from here they WILL mess your order up! The person I talked to today 6-15-24 at 6:50 pm told me that the only option I had to get my money back because she could not read and follow instructions was to file a dispute with my bank. I will be doing that on the same day that I find out who her manager is and tell them my experience. She was rude and unapologetic the first words out of her mouth was file a dispute with my bank. I work hard for my money. I don’t think it’s too much to ask of someone to give me what I paid my hard earned money for. This is supposed to be a double protein extra cheese sandwich and I can barely find evidence of either tuna or cheese. Do not order delivery from this restaurant they need eyes on them guidance to fix a sandwich. They get 0 stars.

Subways always been my go to for out of town food, while visiting family I stopped in to grab some food. After ordering and with no kindness or politness from the sandwich maker I asked if I could get a cup of ice too while checking out. After being tossed a small clear plastic cup almost the size of a shot glass I stopped and hesitantly took it. Now I'm 7 months pregnant. I can't consume any soda or flavored drinks at all. I constantly crave ice and just wanted a decently size cup of ice not two ice cubes. Don't make your drinks self serve if you don't trust your customers subway.
