I started my day saying I didn't wish to go to the local waffle house. I was corrected. The service was great, all the waiters had teeth, and were greeting the guests. My waffle only almost made me throw up a little bit, not from taste, but from gluttony. I didn't feel like I was in a restaurant, I felt like I was joining a family dinner in someone's home. The tables were kind of sticky.

Miss Lisa is THE BEST! My husband and I come here on a fairly regular basis and we only want her. She is not only a great server but an all around amazing human being. She clearly loves Jesus and her fellow humans because it shows. Please giver a raise!!

We live in Albuquerque and our Waffle House sucks. We had heard that Waffle Houses in the south are great. While we were driving from New Mexico to Florida, we stopped at this location. The food, service, and atmosphere were all great. Lisa, our diamond waitress, had served over 300,000 customers. She was the best thing about the visit. Her customer service was exceptional.

The Venue at Mill Branch
After passing up the packed house in Magee, MS, we went up to Florence and they were almost as packed. No worries. The bar was freshly cleaned and ready for our party of 6. Everyone behind the counter was busy as a bee and extremely professional and friendly. They knocked it out of the park! All 6 of our orders were perfect and hot to the last bite. Our ticket was $74 and I gladly left the change from $100. Nice work team!💪🏼

My family and I went for breakfast this morning. Ordered and received very little grits and they were watered down and flavorless. Was extremely disappointed with our meal. Husband remarked he could have gotten better and more grits anywhere else. We were very disappointed with our food.

The waitress there was the highlight of our visit. She was not visible but very nice when we needed her. The food was very good as well.
Nobody works harder than those Waffle House cooks and servers. Hard job, but always friendly and smiling staff. Food is always steaming hot.

We can always get a good gluten free breakfast quickly.
