7 Brew Coffee in Flowood is basically a daycare with espresso machines. It’s run by kids who think customer service means making up stories, talking down to people, and acting like they’re in charge of the playground.

Case in point: an employee actually walked out to accuse me of “speeding off” two days earlier. TWO DAYS. I drive a Dodge Challenger Scat Pack with a modified motor — it’s loud, it echoes, that’s what a muscle car does. If their flimsy awning can’t handle the sound, that’s their issue, not mine. But instead of focusing on serving coffee, they decided to play detective and point fingers.

When I said, “You’ve got to be kidding me,” the little self-appointed hall monitor shot back that she wouldn’t serve me if I “had an attitude.” Excuse me? You accuse me of something I didn’t do, and then refuse service because I don’t smile and nod like it’s fine? That’s not customer service — that’s arrogance mixed with immaturity.

And good luck trying to get anyone higher up to care. They don’t have phones at locations, their so-called “customer service” is nothing but a chatbot on Facebook, and their area managers apparently ghost voicemails. Translation: they’ve built a company that takes your money but avoids accountability at all costs.

So here’s the truth: the coffee isn’t special, the service is embarrassing, and the “corporate structure” is nonexistent. If you like being accused, dismissed, and talked to like a child — this is your place. As for me, I’ll be warning people across the country because 7 Brew clearly doesn’t care about customers until their reputation is on fire.

Bottom line? 7 Brew Coffee is nothing but a drive-thru daycare run by kids with caffeine. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.

The only reason I’m doing it two stars right now is to hopefully get y’all’s attention about this. I’ll probably change it back to 4 or 5 in a couple of days, but I just need to know somebody is seeing this review. But this is the second day in a row that I’ve gotten a hot chocolate and the lid, not be on all the way, and it spilled all over me. It’s actually painful because of how hot it is. not only that, getting all over my car I don’t know if it’s something going on with y’all‘s lids or if someone is not putting them on all the way, but when it comes to hot drinks there needs to be a certain level of precaution being taken so people don’t get hurt.

i have gone since first open but today service was terrible and rude.
asking can i keep the change when i always tip.
drink was watery and not solid and had chocolate all at the bottom. he said sorry walked off. didn’t offer to help and started laughing with coworker.
makes me never want to go back and my family as always enjoyed the service at flowood store.

The young lady didn't want to take my order so a young man did. He was polite and kept apologizing. I placed my order and the drink I received was not good and was suppose to be a chiller but was more like a regular drink. Worst experience I've had there by far.

I'm getting really upset I go to seven Brew in flowood almost every single day to get my coffee I'm a friendly person I say hi dear or hi sweetie to everyone and then all the suddenly a manager come out to me telling me that I cannot order my drinks there anymore Dad is not right I'm always a friendly person and she's telling me that the employees are feeling uncomfortable just cuz I'm being friendly and then a lot of them asked me where I get my makeup or how I do my makeup or how can they find where I got my earrings from they need more than just teenagers there

This 7-Brew location has went down. When it first opened it was great! All the staff was great! Orders were correct AND it was a Awesome Place to Visit! Now, it seems the staff has drastically changed and and the quality has as well. I used to go by this location every morning on the way to work and on the weekends as well, I don't do this anymore, as there have been several times recently that I have gotten chillers that were not chill at all--I mean just about liquid, they are not sweet, and most often they look thrown together. I have recently gotten several drinks from this location that I just poured out in the sink when I got to my location because they looked that unappealing. I am not sure what is going on here but it seems as if management needs to be taking a closer look at this place and their staff.

Flowood MS location is fantastic & visit them almost daily.
However, I was informed today that corporate NO LONGER HONORS VETERANS with a discount. I'm devastated 😭
Therefore, I can no longer afford their products on my fixed income.
