I was a fan of this establishment because of the wonderful and different flavors of coffee and drinks and the polite, courtesy of employees with an urgency in service. The drinks are pricey, but worth it, but the service here lately has become near none existent. The thing that has change in my experience is the service. How can there be 6 people in the establishment with only 1 taken an order and 1 trying to make the orders and the other 4 danceing and socializing. Twice now...
I saw some negative reviews from people who didn’t even get the coffee. First of all the service here is amazing! Regardless of who is working everyone is incredibly nice and patient. Also you don’t ask to see the menu there are bar codes all around the building and drive thru line to scan to view the menu while waiting or look it up online before going? Really stupid thing to complain about. Anyways this is one of the best places to come for experimenting on new flavors and...
Had a great time ordering from this location! My barista, Trinity, was so kind and engaging and made me feel like part of the 7 Brew family! Definitely worth going to the Flowood location just to have amazing baristas like her!
