When I arrived, I was instructed to go to the low bar to pick up my online order. I went to the bar where the bartender and two other employees were standing. No one acknowledged me. I stood there for several minutes without being acknowledged while at least 6 employees walked past without offering any assistance. The bartender looked at me several times without speaking or offering to get anyone to help me. As an employee was walking by, I was able to get her attention and she went to go check on my order. My order that was supposed to be ready 40 minutes earlier at this point still was not ready for pick up. I’m okay with my order not quite being ready for pick up because they were only warming up my sauce again, but the rudeness of the staff not acknowledging a patron is unacceptable behavior. Also, when I got home and looked at my food, the chopped bananas weren’t fresh at all and had turned brown.

My group of three were put on the waiting list for 35-40 minute wait. After patiently waiting until it had been 45 minutes, and watching as several parties had come in after us and be seated, another party of three came in and were yet again seated before us. I don't think I'll be coming back any time soon.

Idk what’s going on here by they need to figure it out. Went in and checked in and got a place on the waitlist. I was told I was 6th in line and expected 35 min wait. 35 min goes by and I go back in to check on my status in line, now i’m 8th in line with another 25-35 min wait?????

The shrimp n grits were okay. Nothing to shout about. The waffle was good.
This location is consistently the slowest of the 2 local locations. I have tried to cut the wait time by ordering online. I was quoted a 25 minute pickup time, which is standard. When I arrived, I waited under 20 minutes. Keep in mind people who just arrived ordered and received food before my online order was ready. I’ve given grace to this location several times and won’t again. There was no apology for the additional wait time.

We were trying to find a nice brunch spot to eat while visiting Jackson, but our waiter had the most disgusting attitude! We did not feel welcomed AT ALL

My husband and I are bodybuilders and every once in a while we get the green light to have a cheat meal. Today we chose iHop at first and it was absolute GARBAGE. We took a glance at the food and left to go to Another Broken Egg. I absolutely love the food here and we couldn't ask for a better bartender/server Ms. Symphony. She's super funny and she made our cheat meal experience great. I took a 2 hour nap after, so you know it was good.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My family and I tried to patronize this business on a Monday morning. We were seated promptly in our requested area in there outside patio space. Hostess provided us with a wipe down of the table and returned with our drinks. At that time, the hostess was informed that we would like to order our food. She stated that she would let our server know. Well, we noticed two other waitresses waiting on other tables while we waited, and waited and waited. There was a particular waitress who was serving the area my family were sitting in but she never approached our table. There were two other tables behind us and one party had came in after us and that particular waitress begin to take their orders before ours. We decided to get up and pay for the 2 drinks that had been ordered and leave. We told the front hostess and another employee what had transpired. I was informed that all of the servers were asked and no one could verify who had that particular table. Honestly, that is very poor management from a business standpoint. It's the managers responsibility to know what tables each server is assigned to. There should be no reason why a customer should wait an extended amount of time for service and no waitress/server ever acknowledge them whether they are assigned to that table or not. This is one place I will never step foot into again.

After we got seated, it took over an hour to receive our food. We had to consistently ask for refills on drinks. We had to ask for them to check what was taking so long. The bartender was the only thing good about this place.
If the kitchen can’t keep up with how many people are in the dining area, they should seat less tables. We won’t be back.
