Do not waste your time with this business in Flowood, MS. Disrespectful, unprofessional, lack of leadership, and do not care if you are served or not. This business just needs to either close the door or clean house. There is no way this establishment should remain in business

Ordered two double beef and cheddar meals on the app got home the drinks were flat. No cheddar no red ranch on the sandwiches just meat and bread. No sauce in the bag to even make it any better. Decided to go check them out tonight. Wasn't super busy outside, a few cars in the drive thru. Went inside to eat and just stood there. No one greeted us, didn't pay any attention, after a few minutes of 0 acknowledge we decided to go somewhere else.
It takes 10 seconds max to address the customer. Do better.

Extremely rude and disrespectful, when I asked to speak to the manager, I was told " I am the Manager, drive off". Whoever owns this location needs to address the issues in their restaurant...
And please do NOT respond with "we are sorry to hear this" I already filled out your survey link and nothing was done, I never received a return email or phone call.

Would do 0 stars if I could. First experience, they forgot to put cheddar on my beef n cheddar. The workers were in the lobby, making out where you can see them through the window. Second encounter, they were out of beef. Third encounter I waited at the microphone with no response. When I pulled around to the window, the worker and a customer were high-fiving each other and talking, just ignoring me. I sat there for another 10 minutes with no movement. Terrible management, especially for a NEW location.

0/10But since you have to click a star to post the review, here goes...You'll sit in line for 45 minutes with no one in front of you in the drive through line and no one in the restaurant. Then the cashier gives me the wrong change and blames it on her being pregant. This a mess!
