The customer service is mind-boggling here. I’ve only come at night time for Uber eats or DoorDash and they are miserable humans. They purposely ignore you and make you wait forever. When I came for food for myself they barely answered the drive-through speaker and sounded like they were so mad that they were there. This staff only wants to come to work and get a paycheck but wants no one to walk into their building or go to the drive-through. This Arby’s is not going to make it if they are going to let these employees get away with acting this way. No one made them fill out that application. If they’re going to treat people like that, they need to go somewhere else and work.

Signs on door said they opened at 10am. It was 11am and locked up tight. My friend Matt called and was told that we could wait on someone else to come in, go through the drive through or to go somewhere else. We chose the drive through and ordered the loaded Italian . He told us they were out of them, so we went somewhere else. It appears that the business is not very important to them.

The lady that did talk to me after I stood at the counter for at least 2 minutes was nice, but the one running the drive through was ON HER PHONE THE ENTIRE TIME. So was the one who helped me. What a sad place. No wonder it gets such bad reviews. Corporate needs to come clean house. SUPER slow service and there was hardly any customers there. I was embarrassed for these kids.

Staff is horrible, extremely RUDE! No knowledge of their products, out of most of the condiments, fries were over cooked and charged for a side of Au Jus and didn't receive. Will not be going back! Also the store # is 10061 to leave a review on the website.

French dip was cold cheese wasn’t even melted, the au jus was old fries weren’t cooked all the way.

I was served a completely raw piece of chicken in my buffalo sandwich. I immediately started throwing up. The staff was moving so slowly and absolutely did not care.

I'm not the one to write a review. But I was highly disappointed. Had my hopes up for a hot beef a chaddar with some aju. And the sandwich was slopped together. Cold. And my Aju was cold. Absolutely sucked. Will not go back!! And it took forever when we were the only ones there.

No whip cream no turn overs . Why are y'all even open
430 on a Saturday. 3 workers sitting out back. And not a single person in the drive through but us. Was asked to pull forward so that they can fake their drive thru time and we sat there for 15 minutes waiting for a double roast beef. The workers at this location are worthless and should be let go. There's no reason to be this slow. Will be charging back the purchase.

Great store with great potential but I’m so tired of every time I go there they can’t give me the right amount of fries that go with the combo meals and god forbid I order any extra fries they’ve I’m done going there if they can’t give the right amount of orders of fries
