Only giving a 3 star due to the employees this afternoon being nice. There are some very concerning things. The air is broken, so that means the freezers aren't working as well. The doors and everything glass is dirty in there. That's ridiculous considering there aren't many that come in there. We got 2 small smoothies and one med for 24.00. I trusted it due to them seeing trustful, but when she asked if I wanted a receipt I said no. Prices weren't even listed.

Date 7/11/2025. Ordered 2 scoop waffle cone. They had to make the cone and what a disaster. The waffle cone was awful. It never hardened or firmed up. It was a limp pancake shaped into a cone (no waffle pattern) that wouldn’t stay together and leaked. I wasn’t done. It was inedible. I went back to the counter to ask for a cup, and the person insisted that it would harden up. It never did. I ate the ice cream with a spoon and threw out the rest. But, for the high price $8+, I expected more. I’ve been coming here for 20 years and have had inconsistent service. I understand that happens, but I think I’ll head over to one of the other ice cream shops next time.

Warning! Do not use the Baskin Robbins on Ridgeway Road if you really want the cake you order. On two separate occasions they have failed to make the cake I ordered online. When the manager was called today the best the manager could offer me was to pick a cake in the freezer. Of course, none of the cakes in freezer were the flavor ice cream and cake we ordered. So we had to get a smaller cake in a flavor we did not want. Sadly, it was for some children that came from the other side of the world that wanted an ice cream cake. Thanks for breaking a birthday girls heart.

Ladies tried to give me a waffle cone that’s been sitting out, probably since opening. So I asked for a fresh one. They preceded to fix my ice cream and gave me my purchase just to come to find out they completely messed up my waffle cone and still put ice cream in it. Ice cream was almost $8 and couldn’t even stand the more than 2 minutes! THIS IS RIDICULOUS I had to put my come in a cup!!! My cone had black burnt residue, more than likely from old waffle cones being made and burnt and appliances are not properly cleaned or wiped down. That’s hazardous and disgusting, do better. I advise to not go to the one in Flowood, esp through the hours of 1-6pm

The worse experience than any location. The fresh hot cone machine rarely works and when it does they don't have any batter ready. The servers don't wear gloves and I see why they have a B- Rating based on the how clean it is not. The black lady was very rude and the little white girl was clueless to everything. I will go Frozen Bops Custards down the street if I was you, better service.The Yelp reviews are horrible too. This place needs to close down they have lost their passion.

We visited today from out of town. We walked in and there were 3 employees present. Only 1 was actually working. 1 was literally sleeping with her head lying on the counter, hair everywhere. One was sitting on her phone with ear buds in her ears.

I know the workers are probably high schoolers, but their behavior is more what you would expect from middle school kids. Sitting on the food prep area, ignoring customers. They were too busy chatting with each other to bother with helping customers. Finally the cake person had to say something get them to work. Then a gentleman came in and they had to use the food prep area they were sitting on to fix his sundae. They didn't even bother wiping the area down after they were sitting on top of the counters. The waffle cones were so thin that you could see through them and they had holes in them due to being so thin. I would have walked out if it weren't for being there with my kid. We definitely won't be returning.
The time was 11:29 the door was still locked. The sign said 11am for opening time. My daughter pulled on the door the employee a young woman, sat and finally turned to acknowledge my daughter cause I had walked up and mouthed are yall open. She never said a word. Just opened the door no good morning welcome nothing. The place smelled like old mop water and not to mention 1 scoop was 4.79. That’s more expensive than Sal n Mookies.

Ordered grandson 2 scoop ice cream cone and me a banana split. He got his cone. I waited 15 min before I had to get up and remind her to make it. There were 4 teenagers and 2 parents with 2 kids each.He finished his fine. Score I even got my banana split. The lady at the counter was rude

The cashier was outside smoking when we walked up. She followed us in, she went behind the counter, took our order and never washed her hands! That is absolutely unacceptable!She acted like we were bothering her.The doors, windows and display case glass were all nasty. Will not return.
