Ordered grandson 2 scoop ice cream cone and me a banana split. He got his cone. I waited 15 min before I had to get up and remind her to make it. There were 4 teenagers and 2 parents with 2 kids each.He finished his fine. Score I even got my banana split. The lady at the counter was rude

The cashier was outside smoking when we walked up. She followed us in, she went behind the counter, took our order and never washed her hands! That is absolutely unacceptable!She acted like we were bothering her.The doors, windows and display case glass were all nasty. Will not return.

I ordered my son an ice cream cake for his birthday. Everyone was nice and friendly. I got home and noticed this was not the cake I ordered so I called them and the lady asked me to come back. I did not receive an apology just shown cakes I could choose from. I attempted to show her the design I ordered/wanted and she told me that’s not possible because I had to have ordered it at least 48 hours in advance and I’m looking like well I did you all screwed up. Again no apology just what cake do you want that’s already made and good bye! I will never order another cake from them and will not recommend.

i have had been here twice: when I fly in I call to see if they have a particular ice cream: all Baskin Robbins don't have it. so I call before I come. My first experience I didn't even drink it because the young lady's nails were so long & no gloves... I couldn't do it. My second time..today.... "Clawzzz" wasn't there & the lady put gloves on... I'm thinking ok this is going great!!! unfortunately, the server is sweating all over everything & spending extra time over the ice cream having a complete conversation while she's wiping her sweat. I know MS is hot ; but, Damn... another 9dollars down the drain!!!

Horrible service. I asked for a top for my cup of ice cream hands me the ice cream and didn’t even try out the top on it. Asked for the ice creams to be bagged they hand me the bag. Girl at the counter has no idea what she doing. Don’t stop here!

Eh. I had a free birthday scoop so I decided to get one. The worker didn't even tell me happy birthday lol. They were out of a lot of flavors I would've liked to try. My favorite from here is the butter pecan/ praline.

They discontinued the most popular flavor of ice cream cotton candy ? for some strawberry pop tart flavor … out of all the flavors like I bet no one would of blinked an eye about the lemon sherbet being gone but cotton candy was a noticeable inconvenience! I’d still go back but it was the only place I could find cotton candy ice cream ?
9/10 but could be a 11/10 with cotton candy

Free ice cream??? Doors open, lights on… No employee. Waited ~10 minutes, walked into the back and called out. No reply. Went to Bops down the road instead. Hope they weren’t locked in the freezer in the back ?

I went here at 8pm on a Saturday night. There was one girl working by herself with a line of 10+ people. She kept her cool and was super sweet to everyone. Some of the reviews on here are bad, but it’s because most people don’t appreciate anything. While I was in line multiple people were giving the young girl smart remarks because they were out of the flavor they wanted. As someone who has worked in fast food front line type jobs, working by yourself is no joke. A lot of people need a reality check and should show some type of sympathy towards the young lady working here by herself. You may wait in line longer then you would like too, but the service was 5 stars and the ice cream I got was 5 stars.
