I went to get ice cream today and I found that there was a black bug in my ice cream. The Baskin Robbins was filthy and the customer service was even worse. Then to top it all off the cashier threw the change at me. She had a bad attitude and the ice cream smelt like it went bad but I just thought it was me overthinking due to the filth of not only the Food Mart but the BR too. I pray that the woman up there isn't as rude to anyone else bc ppl aren't as nice as I was. She also accused me of stealing chips at the Food Mart but I showed her my bag and she was of course wrong. No apology was issued and she threatened to call the cops on me if I didn't leave immediately. I asked for compensation for the incident and was ignored. I will be suing and reporting this incident to a health inspector and if this happens to you u should do the same.

When I got ready to check out they added another $11 to the price of the cake, so a $38 cake was then $50 plus there was another up price I didn’t understand. The cake wasn’t anything special at all. Terribly upset my 5 year old daughter requested a cherry on top of her ice cream so it would look like the display. They happily gave her one and charged me a dollar for a single cherry. One. Single. Cherry.
