Chicken Tenders are good. Max and Cheese is very underwhelming. Fires are solid. Biscuits are good. Overall for the price, and quality, Its okay! Nothing terrible, Nothing Amazing. Live to Eat!

Poor experience. Drive through customer service is horrible! Improper food handling along with manager issuing a gift card that wasn’t loaded properly and not making it right. Just haven’t been pleased with their level of service nor food!

I went for corn on cob ( that they don't sell) Anyway my experience was different I learned it was a AI order taker. ( I generally don't eat out) after placing my order coleslaw and dirty rice I was met with a smile ( Alvin) Alvin was very courteous I appreciate great customer service. Keep up the great work Alvin you are appreciated ( young man was well versed and I think he's doing an amazing job) I'm visiting here in Mississippi for work and I have to tell you customer service has been awesome

First time ever going to a Bojangle's. Loved it! They have REAL sausage patties!! Not that crap like McDonald's. Folks at the window were polite. Never been inside so couldn't tell you about the atmosphere.

I came in to order and Ray Martin took my order with a very nasty attitude. When i received my biscuits I opened the box to check the temperature and told him they were could. He said “what” I looked confused because I’ve never had a customer service worker to say what to me. I said again they’re cold. He said well they were sitting under the lamp. Which i fact was a lie. They were breaking down the kitchen so all the chicken and biscuits were in boxed behind the lamps. Those biscuits were burnt and old. I typically go when Elijah is there and he usually makes sure my order is fresh and had a great attitude. So I’m very disappointed with how Ray treated me. I asked for a refund and he sat my money on the counter with an attitude. I told him I’d be contacting cooperate. This is unacceptable!

Great breakfast biscuits!! Always fresh and hot just like GRANDMA'S Biscuits!! The chicken is so CRISPY. No one else does chicken strips like these!!!!! SoooooooGOOD!!!!! Order some doordash and have it delivered straight to your door!!!!!
They were out of every side also employees also said they only sold tenders which isnt true from the menu. Shady place beware

Service was efficient and quick, and food was delicious. Employees do need to monitor the second drive through better. Someone was at first drive through register, so I went to second one. No one answered, so I swung around and went to first register. Fortunately, the service was quick. Also they need to turn up the volume on the drive through speaker. I could barely hear the employee.
