I do love Bojangles! However, 2 weeks ago they shorted me a biscuit which they replaced after having to go back up there which is an inconvenience. Then today my steak was overcooked very crunchy! I only ate half of it. Not calling again, don't have time to go pick up another one, so just leaving comment here.

Went in for the first time in a while and they have a new staff and way better customer service i was very pleased by the manger lady had a slight issue with my order she came over corrected it was very kind and coustomer freindly. What a turn around for this place

Please consider getting bone in fried chicken . I’m from SC and love their Bojangles since I was a child . Also there should be more sides choices . I’ve given this place a try a few times and it’s not for me the tenders were soft didn’t taste like real chicken more like beyond chicken . The sides were ok . Tea wasn’t sweet customer service is great nice people . It’s just not the Real Bojangles .

What can I say? It's chicken and i am a chicken fanatic. Always fresh. Always hot. Slightly spicy. FANTASTIC!!! 3 stars for atmosphere as this is a fast food restaurant but it is clean and bright. The staff is always friendly.

Stopped by the Bojangles in Flowood and it was exactly what you hope for when you pull into a Bojangles.
Friendly service right away, food came out fast, and everything was hot and fresh. That classic Bojangles fried chicken is still the star. Crispy, well seasoned, and cooked just right. The kind of chicken that reminds you why this place has been a staple for so long.
The biscuits deserve their own moment. Fluffy on the inside, golden on the outside, and perfect on their own or paired with chicken. Seasoned fries were hot and seasoned the way they should be, not an afterthought. Even the sides felt cared for, not rushed.
The dining room was clean, welcoming, and moving smoothly even with people coming and going. You could tell the staff was working together and actually enjoying it, which always makes the experience better.
This is Bojangles done right. Great food, great people, and that familiar menu you come back for when you want something comforting, filling, and reliably good. I’ll gladly keep this one in the rotation.
