Everytime i go to this location it's always a problem, i always order one thing at the speaker and get to the window and they try to give me something i didn't order, the one i received tonight look like the dug through it they are either doing to much playing there or something so I am going to start going somewhere else because they can't seem to get their act together

Poor service! I spent $20 on ice cream for myself and my two daughters. My 2 year old daughter’s almost immediately dropped her dirt and worms cup on floor. The manager had a nasty attitude about the whole situation and didn’t want to remake the ice cream cup for my crying 2 year and I just think that’s ridiculous! This bops can kiss my butt!! We won’t be back!!

I brought a snappy turtle and when they gave it to me it was more like a milk shake all my ice cream was melted they really need to do better that's a $7.00 ice cream and I couldn't even enjoy it.

Worst experience ever, custard was not frozen, pints were cracked and it leaked all over my truck, I'll stick to the Brandon location
The floor was nasty and wasn't swept. There's alot in the store that could be done as far as sweeping, cleaning, prepping. Most employees were sitting around being on their phones and 1 employee is sleeping on the chair. Only 1 employee is staying productive. The ice creams were great! Friendly staff.

Just left from there and will NEVER go back!!!! Associates were nice and courteous up until they asked me if i was going to leave a tip! I said no. Then, they became rude. They handed me my order and i asked for my receipt, they ripped it out of the printer and wouldn’t even look at me when they handed it to me! This should be the kind of thing that puts them out of business! Don’t bite the hand that feeds you! They are certainly NOT a necessity!

25 minute wait in the drive through only for them to try and give us the wrong order and our order wasn’t even made. No apology, no nothing. Then the employee looked at the receipt where I put zero on the tip and rolled his eyes at me. They only get two stars because the ice cream was decent. The service was garbage.
