Everytime i go to this location it's always a problem, i always order one thing at the speaker and get to the window and they try to give me something i didn't order, the one i received tonight look like the dug through it they are either doing to much playing there or something so I am going to start going somewhere else because they can't seem to get their act together

Poor service! I spent $20 on ice cream for myself and my two daughters. My 2 year old daughter’s almost immediately dropped her dirt and worms cup on floor. The manager had a nasty attitude about the whole situation and didn’t want to remake the ice cream cup for my crying 2 year and I just think that’s ridiculous! This bops can kiss my butt!! We won’t be back!!

I brought a snappy turtle and when they gave it to me it was more like a milk shake all my ice cream was melted they really need to do better that's a $7.00 ice cream and I couldn't even enjoy it.
