For this to be a wing restaurant, mine were cold and so were the fries. I was very disappointed because it's my favorite place. I got home to eat my last 3 and the last one was so big it taste funny. Heart broken. I told my daughter that I wouldn't be back. I'm sorry

Kaye, from the takeout counter, is quite possibly the best and most polite/accommodating person I have ever been around.
The kitchen was backed up, not Kaye’s fault, and I did not mind the 30 minute wait simply because Kaye made me feel right at home. She made my experience noteworthy.
Management at Buffalo Wild Wings - you have a very genuine, kind, and professional employee. She deserves a promotion and a raise!!
I will be coming back to this location specifically because of Ms. Kaye.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. This was my first experience at Buffalo Wild Wings, and it was a complete disaster. I ordered 10 wings—five mild and five hot—along with a large potato wedge. When my order arrived, I was disappointed to find that all of my wings were cold and dry, with no sauce on them—just plain, hard wings. The potato wedges were both soggy and burnt.
I spent $25 on this meal, only to be unable to eat it. The wings were so hard that I could knock them against the counter. I really wish I had gone to Wingstop instead, which I had considered initially. I tried something new, and it was a huge mistake.
To make matters worse, when I called to address the issue, I was met with nothing but attitude and indifference from the staff. Unfortunately, I couldn’t go get a refund because I am currently bedridden.
I hope you take this feedback seriously, as my experience was extremely disappointing.

Terell the new GM has no skills to be a GM.. I told the waiter I had a coupon offer. He came back and said what flavor. It was for 10 free boneless. They still charged me and the GM said nice to meet you when he brought him out and left and said he will not do anything about the situation. Poor waiter and worst

I ordered delivery. I ordered potato wedges with my burger and got fries. There was weave in my fries too. I also ordered a Pepsi zero but didn't even receive that at all.

Believe it or not this was my first time here. The food was amazing, the service was great and even though they were busy you were able to navigate the restaurant well. Looking forward to coming back.

Walked in a few minutes after 3:00 PM. There was no host/hostess doing any seating but I counted 3 waiters in various areas of the restaurant, one in particular to my immediate right, whichI KNOW she saw me because as she was engaging with her present party, we made eye contact. She purposely didn’t acknowledge me standing there waiting. Even if it WASN'T her duty to seat patrons, you didn’t even make an attempt to speak or get assistance. She instead walked off. After waiting 7+ minutes at the front with no acknowledgment, I got the attention of another waiter who going to walk past me as well. She basically said “there’s no one here able to wait on you” which is insane to me. No one to acknowledge or greet, purposely ignoring customers, and saying there’s no one to wait on you is less than stellar service!
