I Pulled up to the drive thru. One car was in front of me. They sat there for about 5 or 6 minutes and then drove off. I came up to the board. Sat there for about 3 to 4 minutes. Some one said welcome to burger king wha.... and then stopped talking I waited about 30 seconds and then asked if anyone was there and was told to hang on. Waited another 3 minutes. At this point the car that was in front of me was now behind me. I finally was allowed to order. After ordering I pulled up to the window. Sat there for literally 3 or 4 minutes before the lady took my money. No thank you no nothing. She told me to pull around and go park in spot number 1. I did. The guy that was in front of me, then behind me soon came and parked in the spot beside me. about 8 minutes later the lady came out with my food but had the wrong drink on one of the combos and no drink for the other combo. I asked her if she would please get my sprite. She did but once again it took probably 4 or 5 minutes. That was just the service. I got the food home. The about 30 % of the burger bun was mush. I live 3 minutes from the restaurant so there was no excuse for that. The french fries tasted like they had been made 2 or 3 days before. My kids chicken nuggets were hard as rocks. We threw the majority of the food away. I went at 12:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. I'm not sure how this place is still open.. but it won't be for long..

No service. One employee sitting in the dining area with a head set on ignoring all and any form of communication. Will post the picture on TIK TOK. I'd treat this place as CLOSED, save gas. There goes 8 combo meals... Good Luck!

No lettuce on Whopper, but drenched in ketchup and mayonnaise. Fries were cold. Menu screen in store no longer working. Only had menu on counter. Seems to be on verge of closing but has been this way for a couple of years

I ordered a double whopper with cheese at the intercom , paid for a double whopper cheese . When I got home it was a single. Called the store back she said sir you can bring the burger back and they’ll will add a patty to it , I drove all the way home they wanted me to come back like what type of people are working at these places. All around just take responsibility of your mistake Jesus Christ !!!

Went in this morning at 9 on a Saturday morning. The lobby wasn’t open, said they had no coffee, and the burrito I got had so much sauce on it I couldn’t even hardly eat it.

I went to this location two days ago and the drive-thru was closed due to repairs, so I went inside. Things happen, I get that — but the inside was a disappointment. The atmosphere was dull and the restaurant was dirty. None of the menu monitors were working, so you had to already know the menu or look it up on your phone. The drink machine was also out of order.

It honestly felt like they were pushing customers to go elsewhere. The food did take a while to come out, but when it did, it was fresh and tasted fine. Unfortunately, the condition of the restaurant overshadowed that. It gave the impression that management or ownership simply doesn’t care about the customer experience.

They don’t want to do anything, lazy employees. This location will be shut down soon no doubt. Tried to pick up Uber delivery orders from this location multiple times but nobody will answer me at the speaker or window.

They have a fine on the speaker that says please pull around & when you get around there to the window and sit for a while no one ever comes to the window take your order. Just seems like Burger King is a dying business. Can't seem to get good service at any of them at least not in Mississippi.

I have stopped here numerous times and they never have a full menu. The drive through never works. I don't see how this place stays open. Not even up to bad.

This place is just flat out bad. Management has not trained anyone in this restaurant and it shows. They don’t know how to refund money and don’t know what decaf coffee is. Seriously?? The food is usually decent but everything else is lacking. Avoid this BK.

The service was horrible. The food The same. Got severe food poisoning from here. Couple our orders was wrong. The employees including the manager was completely incompetent and lost. The store just appears dirty also. Had been a couple years since I eat here and this place is gotten worse since then . It was already in decline then. Eat at your own risk

Not the workers they are going beyond and above. Considering their work environment.. everything is broken drink machines, arm rails the drive thru ordering thing broke. These ppl are your heros. I went to mc Donald's to give them a break from this ill run company. Shame on ya'll doing ppl like that!!
