I went to this location two days ago and the drive-thru was closed due to repairs, so I went inside. Things happen, I get that — but the inside was a disappointment. The atmosphere was dull and the restaurant was dirty. None of the menu monitors were working, so you had to already know the menu or look it up on your phone. The drink machine was also out of order.

It honestly felt like they were pushing customers to go elsewhere. The food did take a while to...

My overall reason for 3 stars as a while is mobile ordering is no longer available at my local BK. Mobile coupons either. I rarely go now bc off this. Which is sad bc I really love a good whopper!
I gave food 4 stars bc the burgers are wonderful!
Service 3 stars bc mostly i get great staff.. but on occasion theu hire some extremely rude, incompetent people. Good thing is they dont stay long. Atmosphere 2 bc theres never anyone in there.

I was the only person in the drive thru, I had a pick up order the young white girl at the drive thru tonight 5/4/25 asked me to back up behind the pole which I found very odd, childish and unprofessional, I don't know if she thought this was funny but it wasn't funny and she seemingly disappeared from the window and another person gave me my order but this kind of foolery will surely cause them to lose business and I highly doubt that I will return to this location
