“A few of my coworkers go here 2-3 times a week for lunch. I kept hearing good things so I gave it a try for dinner one Sunday. OMG!!! I had been missing out for real. The food is so good and the portions are HUGE! I couldn’t hardly decide what to get as my first meal. Now, I can’t wait to try more on the menu. This will definitely be one of my regular places for a good meal. The service was on point as well. The staff was friendly and I paid by card, and was even addressed by name when wishing me a good day as I was leaving…very nice touch.“

“Went to Jerke City and it was delicious as usual. I had the turkey necks , rice and peas and cabbage. I ate and still have leftover ..definitely would recommend Jerke city“

“Very small and efficient family run lunch restaurant. I loved how small it was because the fan cooled the whole place and you could smell nothing but the great food. For downtown jackson the prices are good and you know they have real carribeans making the jerk because they do NOT play about the spice level. The rice n peas and cabbage make more than one meal even for a big man. Definitely worth the drive and price, so I will be back.“
