Great loaded tea shop! Super friendly!

Stopped by here yesterday with my family as we were passing through, and we were thankful to find a club open on Sundays! The girls inside immediately hopped up and greeted us, plus both were kind and accommodating to our build-a-tea requests. Great place and enjoyed our drinks!

The vibe here today was very off. The girls here didn’t really acknowledge that there were customers entering the building and upon approaching the counter I had to greet the cashier in order to be acknowledged. It was as if she was trying to avoid an encounter with me which was kind of ironic. My boyfriend also expressed this lack of feeling welcomed and the whole vibe. I didn’t feel a Christian like environment; yet, there were Bible verses everywhere.

My daughter loves these their loaded teas and they make them 1/2 caffeinated. They are so sweet I call them from the gym and they have it ready every time. GREAT SERVICE. ?

I love this place. Everyone that works at Castlewoods Nutrition is so nice, and the teas are amazing. I purchase a tea from this place several times a week and the quality and customer service never disappoints!! Love this place.

Great business to go! Their drinks and shakes are always spot on and taste amazing. The owner is very loving and always ask how me and my family are, which says a lot about a business to me! I have tried other nutrition stores but this one is the best and i will drive out of my way to go here!

I wanted to love this place because it’s so close to my home. Cute and cozy little nutritional space. I visited at least twice a week. The last two visits I did not feel welcomed. I notice the scriptures posted coming from “Psalms” so I thought to myself okay Christians and believers like myself. Love, warm welcomed hearts. But that’s not what I received the last few visits.One uncomfortable situation was on a day I was not feeling my best. I walked in dressed down. I noticed upon walking in the “new owner” Kristi was standing at the door with a few young ladies in a circle. She looked at me and turned to the girls whispered something and they all turned at looked at me. As I walked on in towards the counter they all turned and looked me up and down. Before they decided to service me. I stood at the counter at least a good two minutes before anyone decided to check me out. I was the only customer in line. Now this is not the “christian-Psalms” way to greet your customers, visitors or whoever. I was in a very dark place that day. I could go on about the previous noticeable situation but I want digress any longer. As I’ve noticed, my business is no longer needed here. My prayer is that the new owners, Kristi and Jim be sure to continue on the legacy which I’m quite sure built on prayer to greet and treat everyone who walk through their doors the same. What a customer don’t see, or hear, God does.
