We had the best experience at Cerami’s! The atmosphere, the food especially, and the live music! Our waitress was so sweet too! We have made this place our date night place for sure!
We’ve been several times and have even brought family but I have to say that my Chicken Alfredo was bland. I had to add a lot of salt & pepper. There was barely any sauce in my plate. To be honest I’ve made better Alfredo at home. My husbands Chicken parm. was very good. The waitress was very nice. The main thing that turned me off was the floor. This establishment has zero customer service skills. The manager accompanied the waitress in disgraceful behavior. My family and I are not hard to accommodate and please. I could never in good conscience recommend Cerami's for anyone to spend their hard earned money at.
Food was dry and bland.
No bread was brought.
No refills on drinks.
Disrespect from waitress.
