I honestly just had a terrible experience literally five cars in the mobile order line were ahead of the other line and they for some reason. Just decide to forget about the mobile order line even though we had been waiting first. I mean, just watching car after car go by and they’re not doing first come first serve. I was at the front of the mobile line and all I was waiting for was a shake and a frosted coffee and I’m watching all of these people who got there after me get their shakes and their coffee so I know it wasn’t the machine. Not only that, but as I’m sitting there watching them, take care of everyone else ahead of the mobile order line. I’m watching my frozen coffee and milkshake just sit there in expo. I knew that that was my order by the time we got it, they were both melted. I mean, do you guys not have anyone overseeing these kids who are supposed to be running out? This food is no one explaining to them that food is supposed to be taken out when it’s ready and you don’t just let something sit there in expo?

Horrid. 7:00pm and 4 cars in line… took 20 minutes to take our order and get our food. Fries were hot, strips and nuggets were cold and hard. Something is WAY wrong st this store and not even close to chick fil a standards. Hoping I never come back to this location.
