Very poor service at the drive-through window the small dark skin young lady did not take the order but walk to the next Car ends just told me to hold for a minute. I decided to leave.

Drive-thru line takes so much longer than their other restaurants. I spent over 10 minutes in the mobile order line waiting on two cars in front of me.
They do not have an area for cars to pull ahead when their order is large. Very very poorly designed which is upsetting for a new location. They missed this one

Worst one I've ever been to. I ordered carryout and instead of calling my name when it was ready, they placed it on the rack without saying a word. So 15 minutes later after I've been patiently waiting, I asked someone about my food. It has been sitting on that rack, getting cold, for who knows HOW long. So upset. Doubt I will return to this location.

Probably the worst Chickfila in America. SLOw service, takes forever to get thru their drive thru. It’s shocking that Chickfila corporate allows this store to operate at this level.
