This used to be one of my favorite places. The food quality Is terrible now. I guess they’re not following food safety standards anymore either as I just got plastic in my buffalo Barclay. They’ve forgotten several of my paid items consistently now- and no one cares when I bring it to their attention. I know they have a great owner, but the staff is terrible. From gristle to now PLASTIC, the food is pretty much inedible now.

Ordered a pound of Olivia’s Old South. Asked for extra crackers and was assured they were in the bag. Got 6 packs of crackers which is not enough even when you don’t ask for extra. Very cheap - probably not even a pound of chicken salad…

Our grape salad had mold on most of the grapes, table next to us, their's did also. Croissants were dry & stale, Fancy Nancy chicken salad had no apple, only one grape, was barely any on croissant. The other chicken salad with lemon & basil was very dry, no flavor. Very dissatisfied with the food as we spent almost $75!

Do NOT eat the chicken salad in the little refrigerated area by the checkout. I am pregnant and came there with my mom after work and ended up with food poisioning. There’s no telling how long they leave it in there before they throw it away!

Selective with who they offer good customer service. There’s a horrible smell inside the store. I don’t eat here and never have but I pickup deliveries from here and I literally have to hold my breath the entire time. It smells that bad.
