i knew it was a reason i haven’t been here in months. 😒 it’s barely 1 PM, y’all just opened not too long ago why is the meat already dried out and old. the steak tastes like spongebob’s leather boots. this sweet girl with braids made my order but i guess some girl that was training her? rang me up. i heard the girl that made my bowl tell her verbatim all she had was a regular steak bowl (and I did) but this girl charged me for double meat? how would you know it’s double if you didn’t even make my bowl, but I digress. Just won’t come to this location everrrrr again. P.S. Chips always oily AND stale bc y’all drop one batch for the rest of the day.

Stopped over on our way. No cleanliness. Service was slow but they managed to give us freshly cooked rice. Chicken very undercooked had some kind of bad smell. None of could finish the meal. Didn’t complain as it was already late to get the bowl ready and we had to hit the road

Monday 12/8/25 7pm, blonde girl not changing her gloves between handling the register and food. This is dangerous to peoples health. You all have to handle lettuce and cheese with those gloves. Will not be coming back as I seen this employee do this before and spoke to the onsite manger. He apologized at the time so I tried to come back months later and it just so happened to be the same girl doing the same thing. I will not be coming back.

I've eaten here several times. The restaurant is ALWAYS dirty! Tables are not cleaned after a customer leaves. The floor is filthy, and so is the bathroom. One time, I used my sanitizer and napkins to clean a table before sitting down to eat. The servers barely give enough food for the bowl I ordered. I don't know if other Chipotle restaurants are the same, but this one really needs some attention.

They don't clean nothing food everywhere it was so nasty in the inside
This is the 3rd time in this Chipotle. It is filthy without a single clean table in the building even when only 3 people there before 5 pm. The manager was going to make my bowl after picking up stuff off the floor and then sticking her fingers in the empty bowl to start making it. I told her she would need clean gloves and a clean bowl to make my order. I’m stunned at how nasty the Chipotle restaurants are in the Jackson, MS area. The one in Pearl, MS is worse than this one as far as being nasty. The brown rice was undercooked and hard. I watched the manager dump a small plastic cup of queso back in the bin of queso and had her gloves all in the queso. It’s just nasty and not anywhere I’ll ever eat again. It’s such a shame because the fresh food format is fabulous! I had packaged alcohol Purell wipes with me so we cleaned a table and watched the kitchen while we ate. No words! If a restaurants has a dining room the floor and tables should be kept clean. Nobody cleaned anything while we were there BEFORE the evening meal rush.

Restaurant was only partially clean (floors dirty, area by drink dispenser FILTHY. Food preparation area was cleaner than most Chipotle restaurants I've been to). The staff was friendly enough and very patient with the person in front of me who had a bad attitude. However, the food really ticked me off. The rice in my bowl was both undercooked and over cooked. They must have overcooked a batch (very mushy and clumped together) and tried to make up for it by undercooking a batch (felt like I was chewing little pieces of rocks). My order was to go, so this wasn't noticed until I was already at home. Neither I, nor my husband, ate our food. $30 in the trash. Literally. When I tried to call to tell them they should probably throw out that bad batch of rice, the automated system told me I couldn't talk to a crew member and should instead leave a review on their website. So I just elected to leave my review here on Google. Won't be returning to this location. Will drive the distance to Brandon/Pearl.
