This is the 3rd time in this Chipotle. It is filthy without a single clean table in the building even when only 3 people there before 5 pm. The manager was going to make my bowl after picking up stuff off the floor and then sticking her fingers in the empty bowl to start making it. I told her she would need clean gloves and a clean bowl to make my order. I’m stunned at how nasty the Chipotle restaurants are in the Jackson, MS area. The one in Pearl, MS is worse than this one as far as being nasty.
The brown rice was undercooked and hard. I watched the manager dump a small plastic cup of queso back in the bin of queso and had her gloves all in the queso. It’s just nasty and not anywhere I’ll ever eat again. It’s such a shame because the fresh food format is fabulous! I had packaged alcohol Purell wipes with me so we cleaned a table and watched the kitchen while we ate. No words!
If a restaurants has a dining room the floor and tables should be kept clean. Nobody cleaned anything while we were there BEFORE the evening meal rush.

Restaurant was only partially clean (floors dirty, area by drink dispenser FILTHY. Food preparation area was cleaner than most Chipotle restaurants I've been to). The staff was friendly enough and very patient with the person in front of me who had a bad attitude. However, the food really ticked me off. The rice in my bowl was both undercooked and over cooked. They must have overcooked a batch (very mushy and clumped together) and tried to make up for it by undercooking a batch (felt like I was chewing little pieces of rocks). My order was to go, so this wasn't noticed until I was already at home. Neither I, nor my husband, ate our food. $30 in the trash. Literally.
When I tried to call to tell them they should probably throw out that bad batch of rice, the automated system told me I couldn't talk to a crew member and should instead leave a review on their website. So I just elected to leave my review here on Google. Won't be returning to this location. Will drive the distance to Brandon/Pearl.

Best FOOD I've ever had my husband kept saying he wanted to try the honey chicken and its BANGING..SLAMMING .WE WENT yesterday and came back today . I recommend the honey chicken bowl . With rice beans tomatoes lettuce cheese and honey chicken its 🔥 I love this and ps my stomach doesnt hurt at all when I eat it so light and delicious we will be back

Ordered queso, chips and a burrito. The chips and the rice in my burrito were as hard as rocks and saltier than the Pacific Ocean.

This is not the first bad experience I’ve had at this location, or the second, so unfortunately I’m driving to another city for chipotle…

They were quite literally out of everything, knowing most people get meat and queso on their bowls and burritos, they still failed to have them. Didn’t even let me know they were out of more than half of their ingredients. Wont ever go here again.

We went yesterday May 6th to the Lakeland location and the food was fresh and delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant was fairly clean. We will definitely eat there again

Met with an attitude by the first employee I met. Treated me like an inconvenience while cutting up with coworkers. Chips were stale. Management needs to get their crap together and retrain this group of hooligans. Management is the problem.
