I was really looking forward to getting a quick meal after work and wanted to stop at Chipotle because it said that they were still open. I get there and the doors were locked an hour earlier than what closing hours stated online. The workers just looked at me, laughed, and continued putting food away.

Used the bathroom before ordering. The bathroom was filthy. Wasn’t a deal-breaker so we got in line. While in line, we couldn’t help but notice the filth everywhere. Food on the floor , tables nasty, and it didn’t look like it was just messy from the day. It appeared to not have been properly cleaned in a few days. We had to walk out.

Placed a mobile order everything went smooth and got my food quick. It all looked great when I opened my meal to start eating. Only to be met with hard crunchy rice. Not sure if you can see in the photo, all my rice was short and hard, completely undercooked. Do you know how dangerous that is. Undercooked rice can lead to a really bad case of food poisoning. Teach your staff how to properly cook rice.

I don't if there has been a change in the food quality or if it's just this location. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and queso/chips, but it tasted horrible. The chicken didn't seem fresh and just awful. The queso didn't taste like it was made from real cheese, and it didn't taste very pleasant. I couldn't finish it, and it cost over $14.00. Customer service was good. The dining room needed cleaning. I will not return.

We walked in, noticed every trash can was overflowing and there was not a clean table in the entire place, so we left immediately. What a disgrace to the Flowood community.
Asked for no cheese and they put queso on it. Instead of making me a new bowl they scraped it off, leaving queso on the bowl. I got guacamole and they had cheese in it that someone dropped. They could have scooped it without the cheese in it but the woman just ignored that and scooped it with the cheese right after I asked her to take the queso off. They also dropped chicken in the counter and just threw it back in the container. The employees do not care at this location. The Pearl location is way better and cleaner, and staff is much more friendly, did not even get an apology. I should have just walked out, will not be back anytime soon
Edit: Just got home and realized they gave me a bowl that was broken and leaked all over my car seats and pants when I grabbed it to get out of my car. Extremely frustrating. They used way too much lime in the guac and The rice is literally wet. Just gross food and location overall

I went today to get a bowl. I was charged extra for meat and didn’t get extra meat. When I went back to ask why I was charged for extra meat the worker stated she thought I had it. Then she said she had to refund me and I had to repay. The refund didn’t come back right then and still haven’t came back. The workers was not apologetic because of their mistake !!!!! I gave the food back and still no manager said anything. I will NOT BE BACK ! Horrible services and management.
