We got there about 4:00 and several workers went on break. I know they get a break but there was one lady left on the oven and the refills got slower and slower.
The restaurant was clean and plenty of room.

On Dec 23 I came into Cicis to eat dinner. In the midst of that I broke my finger on a BROKEN chair that was where customers would sit. I asked for a manager an it was like they didn’t wanna get the manger. Manger (Jashun) if that’s the right name came out. I told him what happen showed him my finger that had turned black at that time. I had to beg him to remove the chair an he asked so you want me to remove this chair. Yes before a child finger get caught in the chair. I filled out a report NO ONE came to check up on me while I wrote the report. When I was don’t with the report I stood at the counter 2 mins before they acknowledged me at the counter. I have call corporate several times an NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO ME!! AND NO REFUND WAS GIVEN I COULD EAT BECAUSE I WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN!!

Greeted with a smile, atmosphere clean, food delish, priced reasonably. Oh and the chicken soup was good for the soul and perfect for the weather. Will be back. Great for families and budget friendly. Don’t sleep on Ci Ci’s Pizza.

I went there around 3pm dec. 16th there was no greeting cashier didn't say hello thanks or anything the manager didn't even speak or made me feel welcomed the food was horrible hardly no pizza on the line the little that was there was very old cold dried out pasta dried out I didn't like anything about this location I will never return I'll take my money elsewhere the salad bar lettuce was super soggy old looking this was a bad experience for me cicis gets a total zero from me

It's been over a decade since I had CiCi's but when I moved to Jackson I saw that there was one close by and I'm glad I made the short trip. It was every bit as good as I remember

They didn’t have anything out and ready they didn’t wanna make what was asked for they dirty bowls was dirty the tables was dirty and the plates nothing was neat or clean I will never try this again this was my very first time here and this is a bad review for me employees was disrespectful you can hear them saying what they isn’t gonna fix and what they wasn’t making and no they wasn’t getting ready to close it was 7:30pm they doesn’t close til 10

Their “system” is down so they couldn’t honor the $2.99 buffet but could still ring you up and charge you for regular price buffet.
The food was good and hot. But after asking Molly to wash her hands after texting on her phone the atmosphere was loud and noisy. Molly starts to bang the pans on the counter loud. While taking out the cinnamon rolls and brownies like they were stuck. She would just drop the pan on the counter to irritate the customer. And when one customer ask Molly when were they making another Hawaiian pizza. Her reply was I just put on out and they gobbled it up already. Which I thought was rude. I told her you do know that it's all you can eat. And one man wanted some more brownies but he didn't want to ask Molly because she had an attitude. Rosa was very nice. She was cashier, putting food on the line and she was picking up the plates and cleaning off and wiping off the tables. I spoke with Jashon. I guess he was the MOD on duty. He told me that she was made about something else. I told him what did that have to do with her banging and throwing pans around

Haven't visited a CiCis pizza in years, took my 1 year old granddaughter yesterday before going to the park and we loved it! She's still getting in teeth so she can't really eat pizza but thankfully they had noodles with a choice of marinara sauce or cheese sauce to go with it. We both got full at a bargain price! Will definitely dine there again!

The overall experience was okay, but I saw an employee go outside and clean windows, then return to the kitchen and handle food. She didn't wash her hands and she also took food that had fallen on the side of the bar and threw it into the fresh food. The party I was with actually reported the incident to the manager. One good thing they did was apologize, remove the tainted food, and put fresh food out. I don't want to say not to go there, but at the same time, just make sure you pay attention to your surroundings.
