Always GREAT! The staff are always pleasant and happy you chose their place of employment to eat. The games are fun and spaced out, not crowded into a little room. The food is awesome and they're not skimpy with the cheese. The only thing I don't care for is this is the only location I've been that doesn't have staff come around with the cart to take you empty plates. You have to clean up behind yourself and scrape your plates off and place them in the dish bin which is a mild hassle for all of the other greatness this place has to offer.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Had a pickup order. Cici’s website and Google reported that the location closes at 10pm. My order was estimated for pickup around 8:47pm. I showed up at 8:53pm. The doors were locked. A worker from the register/counter looked at me and was talking, but could not hear through the glass door. I tried to say through the door that I had a pickup order. Another worker opened the door. I stated I had a pickup order. The worker from the register asked what my name was and I told her. Worker rudely stated that they don’t have an order for that name and there’s nothing they can do, they’re closed. Zero apology and zero hospitality. I have proof (email confirmation and bank statement) that my order went through and was paid for. Immediately upon returning to my car, submitted a “how was your experience”/complaint through the Cici’s website. At least corporate was kind enough to very quickly refund me (order adjustment) for “poor execution”.

Edit: I got a call from a manager named, Kevin, before the end of the day. He apologized for the inconvenience. He advised me to come in this week for a better experience. I applaud the effort.
I got a salad and a few slices of pizza. I asked for a fork. The worker said they were out ... No real forks, no plastic forks. I had a salad..... The worker gave me a plastic spoon!! I also have braces so I can't bite into pizza. The worker didn't care at all. I wasted money on lunch I couldn't eat.

Last time id been to Cicis was when meridians was still open, i hoped it would live up to its expections but sadly that wasnt the case. Ill still give it 4 stars because the pizza was still great as ever. And one staff in particular was constantly moving, constantly working. Im sad there wasnt brownies and that the candy claw machine was down, they had a alternative lollipop one but it was hard to play. A few booths were broken which i dont understand why there wasnt a sign. sheesh was it crowded 😮💨 i dont go to jackson much, and since schools out i guess it makes since why it was busy. the pasta was kinda dry, and the drink machines were messed up. I cant say anything about the salad bar since i didnt eat the salad.
I still enjoyed my time a lot since the food was cheap and my tummy was FULL after! (I went about a month ago)

Never again... not even if I was starving and this place was open! Came in before 12 and the salad was all wilted, the pizzas were not fresh (bar was partially empty on arrival, more pizza was added), and there were several tables needing to be wiped down. I know it's a buffet, but every pizza was super paper thin and customer service was nonexistent.

Pizza was good, as it was hot and fresh out of the oven. I didn't realize that the pizza didn't have the sauce that Pizza Hut and other pizza restaurants have, but pizza was good.

The food was delicious. Although the line was long (mostly of my classmates) it was not a bad wait time its like any buffet you just get what you want a sit down. If you want any sweets HURRY they run out fast my friends got plates full. Overall great place great food great service. I would share photos but they have classmates and I faces with I would rather not have posted online.

Pizza was great as expected at a Cici’s. Second trip at this location. Today I was at the location at 1130 and it was pretty busy but what I’d say is a usual experience. Some of the staff members either weren’t having their best day or may need a comprehensive course in behavior even in the “baking” area, particularly language. Wasn’t a great start at the cash register as well. The young man cleaning the tables was super friendly and told me to “come back and see us!”.

Be aware if you're trying to work here that the manager Kevin is stealing personal info. He got pics of my daughter's ID & SS card had her fill out her direct deposit info & then ghosted her. He's never in when we stop by, despite us having seen him in there & we get no responses when texting. I now have to monitor her credit to make sure nothing pops up. You best believe that if something does show I'm filing a police report ASAP!
