Everything was fresh and delicious today, but the main reason I am leaving a review is because yall have an outstanding worker named Molly at the front that definitely needs a raise! You don’t find many workers like her! She provided amazing service and had such a great attitude!

This was the best red carpet experience! It was obviously a slow night for Cici's, but after we paid and got our drinks, we were informed that fresh pizza was on the way. They were all made fresh, and we didn't have to ask. The salad bar was fresh and full. The restaurant was super clean. Go see Ricky and the guys at Cici's Flowood.

The pizza has definitely changed it use to be fun going there and watching my babies pig out of pizza. That pizza was straight garbage. Sorry but honest review. Disappointed 😞

I wish they had cheese for the salad. and I am really happy that they have dessert, pizzas and brownies, but I wish they’d make more of the dessert pizzas because they go fast and I really wish that they would put names on what they bring out so you would know if it was sausage or if it was hamburger meat. I also wish they would make sure that the bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper and paper towels to wipe your hands on and if somebody needs to restock it, and there are females in the bathroom that they send a female worker in to restock the toilet paper and paper towels instead of a male which they tried to do last time I was there and I have kids with me so that is not OK in my book. Other than that, the buffet was good. The prices were good..

The pizza was not coming out fast as the crowd started coming in. The salad bar had no salad mix. The girl who was filling the salad bar was touching the food with no gloves on. She stated the store didn’t have gloves.Some workers behind the counter were on their phones. The tables were not clean. I will not be back. Cici's pizza use to be the place to be on the weekends.

Stopped in Saturday night, asked about the Piezilla. Was told it could be done. Called Sunday morning to verify, was told it would be ready at 230. Show up at 220 and get told, we aren't doing it. We will give you large pizza instead. If we wanted large pizzas, we would have gone somewhere else. What type of place lies, then doubles down on it. We could have made different plans, but this place in Flowood would rather lie. We will never step foot back in there
This Cicis pizza is not what it used to be no pasta and when the pasta was out no sauce the pizza was not coming put how it use to it just not good as it use to be

I'm giving 4 stars because the pizza options are just bland. The Buffalo pizza chicken was dry. The wings are great. I wanted to give three stars, but the wings and service made up for the bland pizza.

HORRIBLE experience!! They are extremely under staffed. The entire restaurant is filthy and there are two employees running the place. I’m DEFINITELY NOT eating there again. This place should be in South/West Jackson!!!!!!

Food was nasty. The staff was nice and cleaned up the table quickly. Floors were nasty. The bathroom was disgusting. I get it's a buffet, but at least spend some quality time making the pizza.
