Began returning as a customer and from our history they treat me and my Crumbl orders with care. The cookies are divine and the team members they have working at Flowood location make it a great experience overall. Crumbl never disappoints! The cookies are always fresh, perfectly soft in the middle, and packed with flavor. I love the rotating menu—it keeps things exciting every week. Whether it’s a classic chocolate chip or a fun seasonal flavor, each bite feels like a treat made with care. The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and the pink box just makes it feel extra special.

This place makes awesome cookies and cakes. So glad they have the mini cookie options too. The best part is the menu changes weekly, but they usually still have a classic chocolate chunck cookie.
