I have been to several mocha mugs locally but one thing you don't get is Ms hunters and every location she absolutely goes above and beyond for her customers very sweet very kind and I can tell she takes pride and what she does I have a knowledge her and reward her she deserves it so much she is located flowood Mississippi so if you want your day to be enlightened whether you're already having a good day or a bad day she will always put a smile on your face and make sure she gives above and beyond to give you what you want

Cashier wasn’t friendly and was on her phone. And seemed like she had an attitude. But the Barista was friendly and smiled and greeted me and even when I left she told me to have a great day. My coffee was good but my interaction with the cashier made me uneasy and I will not return.

Extremely rude woman behind the counter!! Going to keep this short. If this was my business, the rude woman behind the counter, with the tatted up arms would not work for me. This woman needs to go to a class on customer relations. She was rude to myself, and two more customers, and not one time did she smile!!! I will not visit this store again period. Word-of-mouth is your best advertising. This word will not be good. If I had the managers number I would call them.

Only one barista so there was a long line but totally worth it! The barista worked quickly and was still incredibly nice despite how busy and short staffed it was. Great coffee too!

They can’t make a cortado, but it’s on the menu. The barista tried to argue with me and say that they didn’t come with foam. Worst drink, and service I’ve ever had. Replace those old couches, and get some quality baristas.
