They have an app...they also offer some great deals. The service was good. I got 2 of the 2 meat plates. My son devoured the brisket before we left the parking lot. Definitely a hidden gem. Their facility was empty but their service was impeccable.

Shouldn't even get a star. They took my online order, I paid over $100, then arrived and the store was closed. Lady came to the door when I knocked and said sorry we are closed and there was nothing they could do. No refund was given. I called the main phone number and was sent to a voicemail line. This is at 8pm. The store hours are stated online, they close at 9pm.

I am posting this at 8:23. We ordered online at 8:00 paid for it upfront and when we got here they had locked the door and said they were closed. They aren’t supposed to be closed until 9:00 PM.

I hope the owner reads this and goes onsite soon to see for themselves. Went today and highly disappointed. Rugs haven’t been swept or vacuumed. Fries were not cooked all the way through, bread was hard and stale (didn’t eat). Men’s bathroom smelled and made me gag. Kitchen looked dirty. Kids eat free on Sunday, but felt like the price didn’t reflect that. Maybe that’s why the prices aren’t listed on the menu? Will not be back. Brandon location is much better (not sure if same owner?). I know times are tough with inflation, I know a lot of restaurants are taking some shortcuts just to stay afloat, but you can at least control the basics ( mop, sweep, clean).

Trying to call in a order is absolutely a disaster. When the automated system answers it tells you to go online order via email and your response received in response and 408272 hours which does absolutely no good if you want to get a order the same day. I've been here once or twice but I will never return I'll just go to the barbecue place by my house where I can order my dinner for today on today and not have to deal with this nonsense.

I like this restaurant for takeout on the way home. I like the ribs and chopped brisket. I also like the BBQ beans.

Stopped by after a doctor's appt and had a taste for BBQ. I ordered 3 bones & fries. Fries were hot and on point... ribs were tough and old... $16. I'm guessing that you have to eat there during a particular time to get fresh, tender ribs🤷🏾‍♀️.
