I went inside the Flowood, Ms location a few days ago and the short Caucasian male with glasses was very rude and unwelcoming. My ribs were old and my bake beans were dried up. He advised me he could not give me any wrapped up silverware because it was for sale lol.

Food was so good I never made it out of my parking space with my to go order before walking back in and ordering another . Owner Steve runs a friendly clean place with exceptional bbq and I judge world championship each may for the past 9 years so I feel confident in my bbq knowledge and highly recommend everyone give it a try.

Food is good .I didn't like the mc and cheese but the ribs are soooooo delicious always falling off the bone , well seasoned and also the potato salad is good .. Service is great very friendly Service .I love it and will be back .

place has gone down heal, very disappointed either the quality and the portions, when the worker brought the two trays to the register and the cashier said the price, my mouth dropped. I made a comment, about the price vs the portions and. they had a dear in a headlight look. won't be back, not the best BBQ in town. sad they need to do better.

This location used to be alright. Not anymore. Only 1 employee working with 4 customers in line ahead of us. Another employee came out of the office in a ratty tshirt and was on the phone. Neither employee had a friendly attitude. Neither smiled or greeted anybody She got MAD at US because she misunderstood our order placement. She had gloves on her hands but touched everything around her even the food and never changed them. The BBQ had too much seasoning and spices on it and was dry We couldn’t eat our sides because of the 1/2 pound of salt on them. We were extremely disappointed in our visit. Slim chance of going back to this location.

I came in after work Friday night. They were packed, but the workers were amazing! I walked through the door and was instantly greeted. The people were young and handled the rush like champs. The guy was taking my order while the girl came and cleaned a table off for me.
Flowood location: They no longer have an icecream machine. Costs too much to fix. Sides are limited, no onion tanglers. Ribs were not good on our visit. Will NOT go back to this location.

Food wasn't terrible. Wasn't that great. Worst thing was. 4 orders were called in. (We work in local hospital). Went in. They were nice. She even took the time to tell me she put BBQ sauce in each bag. Well that didn't happen. Missed a side on my plate. 2 others didn't get their pecan pie that was ordered and we only got 1 small lil cup of BBQ sauce with 4 orders. Worst part is. There wasn't a sole in the place. So there was no excuse.

Today on march 25th I drove by your business. I ate at Bowles bbq in Brookhaven Ms. I spent $35.00 on my meal. This could have been your money. On march 11th at 12:30 lunch time we entered Dickeys bbq to enjoy 2 sliced brisket plates. Young man at the counter greeted us and asked if he could help us. I asked for the 2 plates with the lean brisket not the marble. The manager came over and said that we would have to eat what he served me, which was marble brisket and not sliced. It was just clumps of meat. I told him that I didn’t want that meat. He said it was that or nothing. He was so rude. I asked for the owner’s name. He refused, said I would have to look it up. We have been eating here since it was opened. He threatened to call the police. So we left without eating. Needless to say, I will never return. There are plenty of other bbq places to eat at in Mississippi. This manager is bad for your business. I didn’t get his name but he was rough looking and wore thick glasses. Rude Rude Rude

Food was good, but they always seem to be out of something. In addition, the price is very high:$20 for a two meat plate! Staff was very friendly though. I'd need to see significant price reduction to go back. Considering inflation, these prices aren't competitive.
