I love El Torero and the friendly staff there. Enchiladas are too hard to pass up, but I would recommend the fajitas and quesadillas as well. One of my critical elements at any Tex Mex restaurant is the quality of the rice, beans, and salsa. El Torero cooks all three well.

The food is hot and delicious. The size of the meal isn't huge like other restaurants but the quality far bypasses them. The service is fast and friendly. The inside is like average Mexican restaurant. Nothing too flashy.
There are lots of Mexican options in the area but I really like this place. Even the salsa that comes with the chips has some extra kick.

The food was great. They had only 2 girls serving and if I remember it was 6 or more groups there.I try to understand and empathize because I was a server at one time. Just need more attention to "all" your tables not a few.
