First time I went, literally, wanted a firehouse MEATBALL sub, and they gave me a hook and ladder, with nothing on it except meat. How do you get that wrong, I literally said “This is my first time here, but I’d like your meatball sub, please.” They said okay, then proceeded to ring me up for a hook and ladder with nothing it. And that’s what I got. A hook and ladder 😑😑😑. Then I had to wait close to 40. minutes for my food.
